GoogleWhen I was searching for a rental property, I was pleasantly surprised by the service and care provided by KFH, and in particular Jack Cullen, who was my primary contact, who provided a tailored service. After initial conversations discussing my situation and what I was after, Jack provided a range of options. Jack was accommodating to my busy work schedule to support in viewings, which I greatly appreciated. I was also travelling a bit at the time, and Jack understood this, and did what he could to accommodate this. Sunny Barhey, whom I initially spoke to about a viewing, suggested I also looked at another flat he thought we'd like (and have now just exchanged on). I was very grateful as I had not spotted it in my searches, it was just what we were looking for and much nicer than the flat I initially rang up about. GoogleI recently sold my late fathers and my family home through KFH. The service when was impeccable. Sunny Barhey could not have been more considerate and caring during the most emotional of times. The whole experience was made easier and smoother with Sunnys help, always available on WhatsApp and at all hours. KFH and Sunny helped with things that I wouldn’t even expect an estate agent to help with. When solicitors weren’t responsive Sunny was available to give them a nudge when the buyers were asking questions Sunny was available to help. The whole process of selling a family home and very soon after a bereavement is extremely stressful but with Sunnys help the process was a stress free as it could be.

I was anxious about the whole process knowing it wasn't going to be easy but Andrea went above and beyond! Even taking meter readings as I wasn't in the country to do so, answering my numerous anxious questions, keeping me at ease and managing all the curveballs that came his way.
