Moving into my new flat was hellish to say the least. This was due to the gross mismanagement and level of disorganisation at this office. KFH kept stalling and would not allow me to access my flat, as a result I was forced to sit on the pavement of my new flat for over two hours. I have yet to receive even a smidge of an apology from them, and it's been almost a week. Their inability to get involved and take accountability is appalling, and evidence of the complete disregard they have for their clients. I would score them zero stars if I could. Would not recommend.

My experience with KFH was amazing, particularly thanks to Mr. Christopher Hulme. He was highly professional and extremely helpful in my search for a new apartment. Not only did he pay particular attention to my criteria and prepared a great selection of apartments to view, everything was also conducted in a time efficient and highly effective manner thanks to his knowledge of the properties. We recently sold our 1 bed central London flat with KFH. In terms of timescale, it was 4 months from going on the market to completion. We had about 20 viewings until we had a solid offer. Our experience with KFH was overall very positive. They were always contactable and gave us regular updates. Chris Rowe as the lead for our sale was very dependable and communicative, and freely offered us advice on the purchase of a new property. Their fee was competitive given the circumstances and we were happy to pay it in full.

Gave us plenty of time to inspect and answer questions. The property was beautiful, and we made an offer, which was accepted and we made the payments the same day, this all was done within 2-3 hours! It was one of the most smooth, stress-free experience :)
