GoogleI can only recommend KFH’s services - in particular those of Gintare. She’s been an excellent support throughout the house-hunting process - always quick to reply and resolve any questions I’ve had. Buying a place can be challenging and emotionally draining - so I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and easy it was here. In particular, she’s been really great at recommending properties that fit my wish-list. I’ve had experiences with other companies who will just spam you with anything that crosses their desk, so it was such a relief to work with someone who prioritised finding a place I’d love over just hitting a sales target. If I find myself looking at property in future, I’ll definitely be contacting Gintare and the KFH team to guide me through it.

Due to lockdown, the process was not without complication, however, Paul navigated through any issues with ease and found us a tenant almost immediately. GoogleWe had excellent service from the all of the team at KFH Brockley branch, but especially Darren, who patiently conducted all of the viewings, advised us on our offers and guided us through the conveyancing process. Throughout all of this, he was professional, good-humoured and patient, and made the whole process as painless as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, and the rest of the Brockley team.

GoogleWe dealt with Jack as a purchaser. From the start he was excellent. Pleasantly surprised to find an agent who was realistic in what he said! Most importantly he has was excellent at making sure the process from making the offer, to exchange, went as smoothly and quickly as possible. His communication was key to keeping all parties moving, which has helped in what was not the simplest transaction. Would highly recommend.

GoogleCan’t recommend this branch any more, Kandiss was the most welcoming and friendly realtor I’ve ever encountered who genuinely went above and beyond her duties to find a suitable place for us within our budget and with extenuating circumstances. London is a scary place to come into but with Kandiss by your side you’re gonna be fine.

They were strategic about getting the best price without being unrealistic, and the sales process was impressively professional. We had offers within days of going on the market and completed today.
