He showed us properties that fit our requirements and we found our perfect place on the first day. GoogleI had an awful experience with these estate agents. When I moved into the property the house had not been cleaned, many facilities were broken and when these issues were reported we were continually ignored. I was unable to move into the property for over a week and we were not compensated for this time. The estate agents I dealt with were completely unsympathetic and unprofessional. The admin of trying to communicate with them completely took over my life and paying thousands of pounds to live in a dirty home, where things are constantly breaking and never fixed was extremely mentally and emotionally difficult. During the remainder of my 9 month tenure we experienced false evictions due to the office's complete lack of organisation and at the end of the tenancy we were forced to pay nearly £400 for a professional clean that they did not have the courtesy to give us when we moved in. The entire experience left me feeling completely powerless and I really urge you to avoid this estate agent as I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this.

GoogleWe are currently working with Olivia Tarrant and Siân Fontaine to try and find our first home, and we cannot recommend them enough. We have been working with a few different Estate Agents, and they are hands down the best. Not only do we really trust them, they are just generally lovely people, making quite a stressful process as fun/ easy as possible. They have a clear understanding of what we're after, and are good at pitching properties that fit what we're looking for. Hopefully we can find our property with them soon. GooglePoor customer service related to fraud inquiry Feel I need to provide a public review in case something similar has happened to other tenants/it helps improve the internal fraud investigation at KFH. We recently moved out of a property we loved and had a great time in - the landlord was fantastic and service from KFH was fine throughout tenancy. However, since moving out I have been really upset with how my concerns have been dealt with related to a fraud inquiry. In the time period between handing back the keys and the new tenants moving in (property was still in our name) I was a victim of credit card application fraud with the cards destined for the property. Luckily I redirected mail so received the cards and was alerted. While of course we cannot know who did it - the Banks suggested we get in touch with KFH as soon as possible as the circumstances are quite suspicious in that it was done in exactly the week no one was at the property but where KFH had access. So as soon as I found out I immediately informed the rental director Natalie at KFH with the hope they would look into it to a) rule out foul play in their office or b) if they did find it out then take action to prevent it happening in future. However, she said while they would happily cooperate with a police investigation they were not going to look into it themselves as it could have been anyone. She said a lot of people had access to the property at the time so could be one of them (my argument was that we could easily rule out a lot of the maintenance people as they would have not had access to my personal details to lodge an application but alas). Given no money was taken (I luckily received the cards) it unfortunately does not make it a police matter but I was disappointed from a consumer perspective that KFH were not willing to look at it internally. I felt the more I raised possible actions the more terse the emails became. I feel like they just wanted to get this off their desk and didn't seem to care about whether someone could potentially be abusing their position at KFH to commit fraud. I have raised this with KFH's head office who can hopefully look into it a bit more. Like I said, there is no certainty but I would hope a bit more cooperation on their part to ensure they are doing everything to make sure tenants are safe from fraud.

GoogleI viewed a property with Kandiss a few months ago and she was really lovely and engaging. Even though I didn't make an offer on that flat she continued to suggest flats that met my specifications, a personal touch which felt miles from previous negative experiences trying to find a place to rent. When I found one that I loved she was excellent throughout both the viewing and the offer process--very knowledgeable and friendly. This has so far been one of the most pleasant experiences I've had renting a flat, so I'm looking forward to working with Kandiss and KFH throughout my tenancy, thank you!

Even though I didn’t like the flat I initially viewed, Kandiss reached out to me with another property that matched my criteria. She was extremely proactive and helpful in helping me make an offer that was still within my budget. She was understanding of my situation and quick with responses throughout the whole offer process.
