GoogleROGUE AGENCY! We moved into a rental property through KFH on the 23rd of November, none of the work agreed on the tenancy agreement has been completed-we were told by the agency 2 days before moving in that there had been a slight delay and we were advised it would be completed within the first couples of week of moving in. (it still hasn't been completed and we have been living here over 2 months) We also still have not even received our check in report, the inventory clerk said this would be with us within 2 days of moving in. Didn't go with the property with KFH as I really liked another property with different agent but came here just to give thumps up to Marta Duda from KFH who really tried her best to get the best deal by keeping both me as the tenant and the landlord on the same page and regularly updating me with new deals.
