GoogleI had A wonderful experience working with with Kandiss, she understood what I was looking for. She would always keep me updated when something new came on the market. I would recommend working with KFH Brockley. I also found the admin lady Alicia to be very helpful throughout this whole process. Top Agent!

GoogleThe service I received from this branch was great. Kandiss, in particular, was extremely professional and patient throughout the process and she really kicked things into high gear to make everything happen smoothly and fast. Huge thank you for all the hard work she put into getting me that property!

GoogleBrian and the KFH team did a wonderful job selling our house. When our first buyer dropped out unexpectedly, KFH pulled out all the stops and lined up a number of viewings for the next day. We had new offers in place within 24 hours. We were very satisfied with the service, the rate was competitive and so I have no hesitations in recommending KFH.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI got on like a house on fire with Darren! We had a great time viewing properties and he saw my purchase through to the end with ease - it was never stressful. I’ve found my dream home on my favourite street (was eyeing it up for years). Thank you!

GoogleWe recently purchased our first property through Darren at KFH. Darren showed us around 10+ properties over a 12 month period, managed multiple offers and counter offers and eventually the end to end process on the property we settled on. He was brilliant. Never pushy, always consultative and forever on your side. We’ll be using him when we eventually sell.

GoogleMy partner and I have been looking to move accommodation recently and this has been made so much easier with the help of Nico. Professional and proactive, he’s been a great help in our search

GoogleMy experience of KFH, even through trying Covid times, has been fabulous. My particular contact Darren Tait, was amazing he coordinated everything personally ensuring that the sale went through without a hitch in double quick time. He met all my requirements and addressed concerns in an efficient and personable manner. It was great working with him and such a professional company I wholeheartedly recommend KFH Brockley.

GoogleI recently purchased a house marketed by Brockley KFH. The agency staff (and in particular, Richard) were consistently helpful - they kept me fully informed, by email and phone, throughout all stages of my purchase. I later learned from my house selling agent that Richard also communicated regularly with him. All in all, a really excellent service. Should I ever consider selling my new house, I will definitely consider using KFH as the agent.

GoogleAll round good experience with KFH Brockley. I’ve bought and sold now with them and would wholeheartedly recommend especially after a disappointing experience with another online agent. Darren handled my sale expertly, always communicating where we were in the process and always reassuringly efficient. Use. You won’t be disappointed!

GoogleWhile ultimately we found a flat with a different agency, we had a great experience dealing with KFH and especially Marek. We can recommend KFH wholeheartedly.

GoogleI was close to choosing an online agent or a small local agent and Jack persuaded me to use KFH and his team, it turned out to be a great decision in the end. They were professional the whole way through the process, I really felt they worked hard to get me a good buyer and a good price and I couldn’t be happier, especially in a tricky market. Highly recommend.

GoogleMatched me up with the right buyers very quickly and although there was a hitch along the way (property title of the buyer needed to be corrected) that delay was with Land Registry and my buyers remained on board to the successful conclusion.

GoogleVery happy with our experience both purchasing and selling via KFH. Good communication throughout and did their very best to manage a complex chain on a tight deadline. Would be more than happy to use them again in the future!

GoogleI have had many dealings with estate agents as a tenant , buyer and as a landlord . Most have been negative but I can't speak highly enough of the personal and professional experience I had with KFH brockley. They really provide a personal experience and clearly care about clients . I now have my own space here and am grateful for the time the team gave to me . Highly recommend
