GoogleSpecialists in wasting people’s time and making you feel stupid. Agreed for a viewing with Kandiss but they didn’t show up and when challenged them about it they said they didn’t understand our frustration since they sent a video of the place for us to see. Ridiculous

Communication was 100% and I was kept updated at every stage by my Consultant Jack with Darren's brilliant viewing flare all overseen by Simon (Manager) and all the team members who assisted in the sale of my property. Would highly recommend KFH to any future vendors - the Brockley team in particular - an easy 10/10!

GoogleTook 2 months to give me my deposit back even though I chased on a weekly basis. Then took almost £500 off for a professional clean and paint job even though I had already done that myself. Avoid them at all costs!

GoogleThe service which Jack provided was excellent in terms of finding a buyer for my property and keeping me updated with its progress. He also found a buyer for me very quickly. However, I think if you are not in a rush to sell your property it is worth getting a few different quotes and not be too hasty in reducing the price.

GoogleThe staff at the Brockley branch were very easy and professional to deal with, they were not too pushy, and seemed to have my best interests at heart not just their sale. I also felt that they had all worked hard for both parties involved in the transaction. Their reach through their branch network probably helped make a difference too.
