GoogleWe had a challenging experience with our landlord not showing up on the day of move-in. They tried to push our move-in date to the following week as I was waiting on the curb with seven pieces of luggage and a furniture order that had just been dropped off. Calum and Danielle fought for us, and even though we didn't get in to the flat until seven hours later that evening they made sure we got moved in. Special props to Ezra for coming over while I waited on the curb to physically help move our furniture up the stairs so that we could store it in the flat while I waited for the gas inspection. Thanks to all of you for going the extra mile for us and staying in the loop as we sorted things out with the landlord in the following weeks. If there was a 6 star option I'd give it to you!

The team have been unfailingly polite, responsive and efficient in arranging the tenancy. GoogleWe used KFH in Brockley to sell our flat. The agent who secured the sale, Richard, was always very responsive in answering any questions that we had and in assisting us in dealing with a particularly challenging solicitor. He definitely helped to make the process run as smoothly as it could. Simon the branch manager was also really helpful and professional. We put our flat on the market at a difficult time of year and the team did everything they could to get buyers in to look at the property and secure a sale.

GoogleOlivia and Siân at KFH were absolutely brilliant. I got a buyer within 1 day of viewings - lots of traffic straight away. The process was extremely stressful (things completely out of KFH/my buyers hands) but my team at KFH were extremely supportive and patient throughout the process. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
