Seyi in particular has been incredible - very attentive, always quick to respond and happy to answer any queries we may have. Sam was also very helpful when we received our offer. Great team, very professional and have made the whole process smooth and pleasant for us all!

GoogleVery unreliable, we were told our offer was accepted, card details taken, a week later found out that nothing was arranged and that our offer was still on the table with another offer!! Very stressful dealing with them, even the manager of the branch (Brockley) wasn't very trustworthy, difficult to get hold of, ignoring our emails, saying he would arrange things and he wouldn't. We couldn't believe an agent could be so unreliable! If they were not a big agency we would have thought we got involved into some dodgy business. Everything ok at the end but when we were finally given the landlord's details and got to speak with him we found out the agent hadn't even spoken to him about things he said he would arrange. So disappointing! Good we get to deal directly with the landlord from now on!

GoogleWe had a great experience with the KFH Brockley lettings team. Elliot in particular was fantastic, and Shanice was also great. They really listened to our wants and needs, helping us find the perfect flat for us. It never felt like they were trying to "force" properties onto us just to get them let (as can be the case with other agents).

GoogleGreat experience selling with KFH, the team in the Brockley office were helpful and supportive and arranged a staggering amount of viewings which meant we agreed a sale in just 3 weeks. We were given first dibs viewing other properties and although we didn't buy a property with KFH, it meant we could get in to a wide range of properties which really helped us define what we needed from our new home. The agent we did end up buying with (no names mentioned) were absolutely terrible, so perspective is everything. Would highly recommend KFH
