We was shown many properties and Brian was very patient with us. When we finally made an offer, he was very good at following up and push through the sale!

GoogleWe bought our first house through KFH (Jack Terry) and had a very good experience. Early on in the process, Jack was very proactive in finding us places to view and fitted us in last minute for some new listings. We eventually made an offer and he helped us push the purchase along, despite several COVID-related delays. He’s been really responsive and helpful throughout. We’d highly recommend KFH in general, and Jack in particular!

GoogleThe house viewings were arranged very swiftly and enthusiastically. Unfortunately the agents need a better grasp on what exactly they are selling, to aid their enthusiasm. For example, asked how old it was, got the reply "don't know" instead of the expected "I will check". There were some gaps in communication and incorrect assumptions the first few weeks of us starting the house purchase process, between the sellers, KFH's agent and our solicitors. At one time also implied that our solicitor was being too cautious and thorough - which is exactly what I would want from a lawyer. But at the end, really helped us push through the move. Not great on details, but good at chasing and returning with prompt responses.

GoogleI recently sold my flat and have nothing but praise for KFH. I mostly dealt with Jack as he got the sale, after 3 weeks / 12 viewings but also found Brian, Richard and Simon professional, pleasant and easy to communicate with. As well as getting a quick sale , I found Jack to be particularly effective in keeping things on course despite some tricky issues beyond our control and always kept me informed. I would not hesitate to use KFH again based on this experience and compared to past transactions. 5/5 Well done guys!

GoogleWe recently purchased a house through KFH Brockley. We dealt almost exclusively with Jack Terry, who we found to be professional and friendly. During viewings he was enthusiastic about the properties he was showing, without being over-bearing. He really shined after our offer was accepted though, when he worked hard to ensure the chain reached exchange in six weeks to avoid a mortgage offer expiring. Jack was great at keeping all parties communicating, particularly during the last few hurdles before exchange. Thank you!

Kelly helped us with everything from start to finish and was always on hand to respond to our emails / phone calls and millions of questions. She also showed us round properties at short notice and dealt with our tricky hours of availability as well as us completely changing our budget. GoogleAndy was great at advising us what rents we could achieve once we had refurbished 2 flats in a building. He came to check the place out all suited and booted while we were knocking down walls!! He visited about 2 times after that till they were ready to go on the market. Hi team got each flat rented out within a week and achieved the prices he'd said we would get. Great branch and great staff.
