GoogleWith Kandiss's help we were finally able to rent a lovely 1b flat during the busiest season in London. Kandiss is helpful and super patient with new Londoners like us, who walked us through the whole process gently. KFH is a professional agency with standardised online services and we appreciate it during our remote searching and progressing. Recommended to all!

GoogleWhilst I was not able to secure a letting through KFH Brockley, due to no fault whatsoever of KFH, my experience of KFH has been outstanding. I liaised with Paul Johnson, who was extremely friendly, attentive and considerate. Paul kept me updated in a very timely manner, and provided exemplary advice. He was always on time with viewings, and conducted them thoroughly. I often don't have positive experiences with letting agents, so I have felt compelled to write this review! I hope I will be able to use KFH in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI had a great experience visiting a property. Deandra from KFH Brockley was very friendly and professional, explained everything clearly and paid attention to all the details. I felt confident in the service and left with all my questions answered.

GoogleFrom the beginning to the very end of the sale process we received an excellent service from KFH Brockley. The branch manager Simon was one of four real estate representatives we asked to value our property. We were immediately impressed by Simon’s knowledge and experience and particularly by his familiarity with the area. We were kept informed throughout with feedback from all viewings by his team. The sale was ongoing during the start of the pandemic, but despite this KFH immediately hit the ground running as soon as the lockdown was eased and were able to close the sale under difficult conditions. The fees are very reasonable for such a high quality and professional service, I would highly recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI have used KFH before however previously have dealt another branch, the Brockley Estate Agents were most helpful and professional. Our agent was Paul Johnson who showed us around the viewing at our first property which we loved and put an offer in right away! Paul was very quick and responsive in answering all our questions. The whole process was so simple from putting our offer in to the referencing process. Any questions were answered no matter how small they seemed :DPositiveResponsiveness

We always felt in the safest of hands, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Special thanks to Gintare, who stewarded us through the whole process and was friendly, patient, helpful and professional throughout.

GoogleDarren Tait recently helped us with the purchase of our new house in London. He provided us with an amazing experience and made this aspect of the home purchasing process smooth and enjoyable. From the outset he set himself apart with his professionalism and warm style. Darren provided a fantastic service, and whilst he was the vendor’s agent, we really felt supported and that he had our interest at heart, as well as the vendor's, throughout the process, we’ve moved several times before, but this was by far the best experience for us and we cannot thank him enough. We’d thoroughly recommend Darren and the wider KFH Brockley team.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe had a good experience with KFH Brockley when we purchased our first property. Sometimes there was a bit slow response time when we asked to look at properties. We was shown many properties and Brian was very patient with us. When we finally made an offer, he was very good at following up and push through the sale!

GoogleWe bought our first house through KFH (Jack Terry) and had a very good experience. Early on in the process, Jack was very proactive in finding us places to view and fitted us in last minute for some new listings. We eventually made an offer and he helped us push the purchase along, despite several COVID-related delays. He’s been really responsive and helpful throughout. We’d highly recommend KFH in general, and Jack in particular!

GoogleI had a really positive experience with KFH, Gintare and Sian were both highly professional, proactive and supportive. It was a pleasure to work with them and I'd gladly do so again. Recommended agents!

GoogleThe house viewings were arranged very swiftly and enthusiastically. Unfortunately the agents need a better grasp on what exactly they are selling, to aid their enthusiasm. For example, asked how old it was, got the reply "don't know" instead of the expected "I will check". There were some gaps in communication and incorrect assumptions the first few weeks of us starting the house purchase process, between the sellers, KFH's agent and our solicitors. At one time also implied that our solicitor was being too cautious and thorough - which is exactly what I would want from a lawyer. But at the end, really helped us push through the move. Not great on details, but good at chasing and returning with prompt responses.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
