GoogleHad a great experience with Siân, Gintare and the team when selling my property. They listened to my requirements and came up with a fair deal. They were very efficient and persistent at getting viewings and got offers on the table. They were patient through a more complicated than usual conveyancing process. I would recommend them and use them again.

GoogleWe had the best experience with KFH, especially Gintare. As first-time buyers, we were very unlucky with our solicitors, but Gintare was always there to provide a trustworthy, calm, kind and positive answer or advice. She was extremely helpful, professional and approachable. Answered all of our questions, listened and addressed our concerns and provided us with updates via regular communication. We can only recommend her and KFH services.

GoogleKandiss is an excellent estate agent with a great attention to detail. Absolutely thrilled by the service received and would highly recommend. Kandiss' dedication to her role and her commitment to her clients are commendable. She is always prompt in her responses, patient in explaining intricate details, and her professionalism is truly reassuring. She not only helped me understand the requirements and documentation needed but also provided proactive solutions and information that I wouldn't even thought of. One thing that I'd say can be improved was the amount of time given to the prospect clients to make a final decision to sign an offer form. Although the demand in the market is really high and there are a lot of competiton, 1 hour to make a decision is simply just not enough and can be a red flag. Pushing a client to sign an offer form within an hour can turn off prospect clients and might result to clients searching for other properties instead. Overall, I would highly recommend Kandiss! Thank you once again for your efficient service and for all your help.

GoogleAs first time buyers, the service we received from Brian Benjamin at the Brockley branch was exceptional. From the first viewing onwards he was friendly, helpful and communicative. Things were looking a bit rocky at one point and it is in large part thanks to Brian that we got it over the line at all. Efficiency personified!

GoogleKFH have some beautiful properties, Ness has been helping us with our property search and has been very helpful and accomodating. It's a tricky time to be looking for a rental property and Ness has given us great advice and keeps us up to date with any suitable properties as they come up. Highly recommend KFH to any renters looking to rent in South East!

GoogleNess helped my husband and I find a short term let that allowed pets in Brockley. She was friendly and knowledgeable and was there for us at every stage of the process. We picked up the keys on Saturday and Ness was quick to follow up and see how our move went. We have been very happy with the service we have received from KFM and Ness so far.

GoogleI have used KFH for both a purchase and a sale and both have been a very positive experience. More recently was the sale which both Brian and Darren were fantastic at all stages- they are true experts in their field, which is rare these days in the estate agent industry! The sale was in the end completed with Darren and he always showed professionalism but also kindness which I believe is very important in such an emotional time! Thank you to all at KFH.

GoogleI cannot sing the Brockley sales team's praises enough! Whilst Brian's main job is a sales negotiator, he answered the phone many a time when I called the office and was always friendly, professional and I knew without a doubt that my message would be passed on. Alicia did an excellent job of coordinating the photos and paperwork and was very trustworthy and efficient. I’m making a point of mentioning Brian and Alicia because I’m acutely aware that those who seemingly play “a small role” or are in the background can be overlooked, but are integral members of the process (hopefully, I haven't missed anyone from this review!)! Siân, the branch director, consistently worked hard on our behalf responding to queries promptly, efficiently, with kindness and compassion in relation to our personal circumstances - and the latter by no means compromised her ability as a professional! Last, but by no means least, Darren (our sales negotiator) has been a godsend!!! The transaction had quite a few hurdles and Darren was not only our estate agent in terms of getting the property sold, but a true advocate, friend and ally. He provided much-needed encouragement, comic relief when the chips were down and was consistently professional, objective and compassionate. Overall, the Brockley Sales team have provided an exemplary service and, most importantly, have shown that you can most definitely show a human side when conducting business and I have no hesitation whatsoever to recommend them!

GoogleI recently rented a property via KFH in Brockley. I had the pleasure of dealing with Az Hye who dealt with us from start to finish. He showed us a number of properties that all met our search requirements and we ended up going for the one we liked most. He was very responsive and professional throughout the process, I had constant updates during the referencing process and a smooth move in. Moving is stressful enough as it is and Az helped relieve some of that stress. Thank you Az.

We had a great buyer before we went on to right move, and Sian never stopped supporting us through the process, she went the extra mile talking to every estate agent in our chain. We also saw a property with Sian ages ago and loved the way she treated us as potential buyers - we knew we wanted her to be the one to represent our lovely flat. Thanks so much Sian!

GoogleI sold my flat very quickly with KFH after having tried various high street agents with no luck. Within a month of putting the property on the market with KFH there was an offer with a very motivated buyer who had the financial back up to purchase. Therefore they do their due diligence amazingly. Thank you Sian Fontaine (you were in Crystal Palace KFH but now a director and deservedly at the Brockley office). I would recommend that anyone who wants to buy or sell a property to deal with KFH. Highly recommend this estate agent and wouldn't go with anyone else in the future. GoogleMy experience of looking for a flat in Brockley over the last few months has been made infinitely easier and less stressful thanks to the team at KFH Brockley, in particular, Kandiss Carter, who has been so kind and helpful through the whole process. Nothing has been too much trouble, and any minor hiccups along the way have been dealt with immediately. From the first viewing, Kandiss was so helpful and genuine, which has been great during the stressful time of moving house! I really appreciate all of the help from the KFH Brockley team - would highly recommend. They have all been very accommodating and reassuring throughout the process :)

Azfarul Hye has been so lovely and helpful, he remembered exactly what we were looking for after our first conversation and called as soon as something that fit this became available. He went above and beyond to make sure that we found the perfect house for us and we are so happy in our new home! Kandiss was also a super friendly and helpful agent. We have continued to receive excellent service from KFH since moving in, especially from our property manager, Giwta.
