GoogleNathan Whittaker was a pleasure to deal with and made the whole viewing process really easy. He helped me view three properties all on the same day, which was incredibly convenient. He even drove my missus and I between the different locations, which went above and beyond and made the day run so smoothly.

She handled everything with the utmost professionalism, especially when a buyer, through no fault of the estate agent, pulled out late on a Friday. By Monday, Ellie had arranged another viewing, and by Tuesday morning, we had a new offer, which ultimately proceeded to sale. Throughout the process, she continuously followed up on the status of the sale, ensuring I was always informed. GoogleWe worked with Ellie on the purchase of our first flat. It's a haunting process to do for the first time, and our experience was overwhelmingly positive. From offer to completion, Ellie couldn't have been more helpful. She was communicative and supportive, leading us through the process step by step, and always available on the phone to answer any questions we might have, or to liaise between us and the various other parties. Those times Ellie was away, Siân and Brian stepped in and were similarly helpful about the status of the sale. Thank you to all for the smooth experience.

GoogleI'm one of those that thought online agents would be as good as high street ones. KFH proved me totally wrong. I paid for an online service - it was a disaster for many reasons and in the end we got KFH on board and they sold the house at the first viewing weekend, with 19 people booked to view. I worked with Ellie and she was solid gold. They know the area, they know local buyers and were worth the fees. Lesson learnt!

GoogleWalked pass the brockley office at one weekend and decided to try to put our flat on the market. Brian came around the next working day and discussed all the options with us. The photos and measurements were taken a few days later. Before it was even put onto the market. Brian managed to find a buyer for us. Everything went smoothly without a hiccup. It was our first property sale, and I cannot imaging it could be any smoother than this.

GoogleI have had a wonderful experience using KFH Brockley for the very first time, all thanks to Nico Harvey who from my first phone call has been supportive, informative and knowledgeable. Looking for places to rent can be a daunting ordeal with so many options out there. I have been put at ease knowing that I have Nico actively looking for options for me, I especially would like to point out his professionalism and communication during the short time I have used KFH. He is very polite and truly listens to your wants and needs. I cannot thank Nico enough for his help, if you are looking for a property definitely reach out and make sure you ask for him personally! Highly recommend him for his 5 star service

GoogleWe recently used KHF Brockely to sell our house and couldn’t have been happier with them. Very professional and always available when required, they went above and beyond to ensure our sale went though. Gintare in particular was a huge help during the whole process. When our initial buyers pulled out midway through, Gintare was able to find us another buyer within a few days which ensured we could keep our onward purchase. Would highly recommend for any sale.

GoogleWe had fantastic service from Brian Benjamin at the Brockley Branch. We were buyers and we got caught up in a very tricky chain further up. Brian was excellent at keeping everyone informed and liaising with our solicitor and the other estate agents involved. With out his skills and experience I think we would not have got our purchase over the line. I would highly recommend him.

GoogleSian & the team in Brockley delivered us a successful property sale, in challenging times. As advertised, they were incredibly proactive in seeking potential buyers from across their SE London network of offices, and communication throughout was excellent. Out of 3 agencies we interviewed, they were the only agency to suggest we list without securing a lease extension first, which saved us a huge amount of money, time, and I'm sure, sanity. Sian is exactly the type of calm influence and cool head you want from a sales manager, especially when delays are causing stress across the chain. Darren's dedication to keeping everyone updated and keeping the process moving is incredible. I'm not sure many agents would sing happy birthday to a client as well as Darren did! KFH were open to discussions about things that were important to me, like sequencing of photos for adverts, and offered expert advice they backed up at every step. I'd like to thank Sian & Darren in particular, as well as Gintare who's efforts introduced a number of qualified buyers to our property.
