GoogleWorking with Darren has been a breeze - he was quick with communications and kept us updated with the latest. He goes above and beyond to ensure we have everything we need throughout the process. Even though there were some moments where he may have communicated with some urgency, I fully understand that he's passing along the seller's enthusiasm to sell the property. All in all, smooth process.

GoogleRenting for the first time in the UK was so simple and quick process. I was pleased with the quality of the service. They suggested the flat I would like and I liked it. It took no more than a week to get all things done. I was aware about all the details and features of the apartment. Worth to mention that I don't even know where their office is. Of course I know the address, but I've never been there. GoogleWe worked with KFH Brockley for 6 months looking for, and purchasing a flat in the local area. KFH had a good range of high quality properties, compared to other estate agents in a very fast moving market. We worked with Darren in particular who was responsive and keen to help us find a flat to buy. We built a good relationship with him and he was able to understand our requirements and recommend properties which would be of interest. KFH were there to support during the purchase process and guide us, along with our solicitors, through the transaction. We are now happy home owners and would use their services to buy and/or sell again.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleI have been looking for a new rental property for the past month and KFH Brockley (and in particular lettings negotiator Kandiss Carter) have been especially helpful throughout the process. I’ve had some unhelpful experiences with other agencies in the area but thoughout Kandiss and the rest of the team at KFH Brockley have kept me up to date about viewings, used their initiative when suggesting properties I might not necessarily have thought about, kept all appointments and emailed or called me rather than leaving me guessing. I would highly recommend them to help you through your property search process from viewings to signing your tenancy agreement. I will be coming back to KFH to use them for my house sale in due course off the back of my experience with Kandiss and the team at KFH Brockley.

GoogleWe would like to openly thank Darren Tait and the KFH Brockley team for all of their support across both our flat sale and subsequent house purchase in Brockley. We were impressed with Darren and Jack from our first meetings and they were the main reason we decided to instruct KFH. Darren was highly personable, always professional and had the ability to really understand what we wanted from the process to support us at every step. He had a rare quality in an estate agent in that he gave us the space to view each property without the hard sell, allowing us time to think about our choices. We were never rushed around (despite how busy he was) and he was always around to answer questions and provide his insight when we asked for it. He even helped entertain our 3 year old son while we looked around. He is clearly very good at his job and again, very professional. Looking back, the best feedback I can provide is that Darren and team made the incredibly stressful process of selling and buying our properties far less stressful than we thought it could ever be and given the heat of the market in early 2021, this is remarkable. GoogleI cannot rate the experience we had with KFH Brockley branch more highly. We were mostly in contact with Jasmin, who was an absolute dream and made the whole process go so smoothly. She was both professional and friendly and put us at ease through the whole process. She listened to all of our requirements for a property (and there were quite a few) and she never showed us anything that didn't match what we had asked for, meaning no time was wasted. When we came to submitting our offer, both her and her colleagues Danielle and Natalie were all really helpful and efficient which made the entire experience pain free. GoogleWe felt very lucky that the sellers chose Gintare as their real estate agent. She was extremely professional and beyond that, an honest and pleasant person that we felt we could trust. It's incredible that she was able to be so responsive given the number of active matters real estate agents deal with at the same time. Even after completion, she has been so prompt in dealing with a few questions on the house. She would be our go to if we're ever in need of an agent in the future!

Kandiss is helpful and super patient with new Londoners like us, who walked us through the whole process gently. GoogleWhilst I was not able to secure a letting through KFH Brockley, due to no fault whatsoever of KFH, my experience of KFH has been outstanding. I liaised with Paul Johnson, who was extremely friendly, attentive and considerate. Paul kept me updated in a very timely manner, and provided exemplary advice. He was always on time with viewings, and conducted them thoroughly. I often don't have positive experiences with letting agents, so I have felt compelled to write this review! GoogleFrom the beginning to the very end of the sale process we received an excellent service from KFH Brockley. The branch manager Simon was one of four real estate representatives we asked to value our property. We were immediately impressed by Simon’s knowledge and experience and particularly by his familiarity with the area. We were kept informed throughout with feedback from all viewings by his team. The sale was ongoing during the start of the pandemic, but despite this KFH immediately hit the ground running as soon as the lockdown was eased and were able to close the sale under difficult conditions. GoogleI have used KFH before however previously have dealt another branch, the Brockley Estate Agents were most helpful and professional. Our agent was Paul Johnson who showed us around the viewing at our first property which we loved and put an offer in right away! Paul was very quick and responsive in answering all our questions. The whole process was so simple from putting our offer in to the referencing process. Any questions were answered no matter how small they seemed :DPositiveResponsiveness
