GoogleMy wife and I have been looking for apartments in London for a while and have been quite unhappy with other letting agents. With KFH we instead had a fantastic experience. In particular our agent Hanna was always very transparent, kind and accommodating when possible! Totally recommended.

GoogleSearching for a place to rent in London is hardly ever an enjoyable experience but KFH Fulham & Chelsea made the whole process much easier. Big thanks to Joshua, who was there every step of the way, from arranging the viewing to finalising the tenancy agreement and all the paperwork inbetween, always responsive to my messages and queries.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleI worked with Joshua Ellis on my property search! He was fantastic! The best thing about him is that he listens to what exactly you want and then will shortlist accordingly without wasting your time. He is very attentive, friendly and honest! Which I really appreciated. If I need another property I will definitely work with Joshua again.

GoogleI had a very positive experience with KFH! Peter the agent who set the viewing for us was so nice! He helped us to get quickly and safely to see the flat, making sure everything was fine. He was very kind and patient. The flat was beautiful and clean, in an excellent condition. I totally recommend, very positive and refreshing experience!

GoogleWe had a chance to work with KFH Fulham whom we had contacted among several other agents to find us a home in London. Mr. Peter Kasicki was assigned to us and I can confidently recommend him, he was extremely polite, professional, and sympathetic. Our experience with him was very pleasing indeed. We are extremely pleased with the service provided and will be recommending him and the company to friends and family.

GoogleReally excellent service renting through this kfh. Our agent Sam kept us well informed and went above and beyond providing us videos too at short notice. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to list or rent in the area.

GoogleHaving worked with 7 real estate agents to find my property, I was very glad to cross the path of Tom Goddard. He was so helpful and not at all pushy that even though I ended up signing a flat with someone else, I wanted to leave a review on his excellent work and professionalism. I highly recommend Tom if you are looking to rent or buy a property in Fulham.

GoogleWe have had a great experience working with Peter and the rest of the KFH team. Throughout the whole process of finding and signing for our flat Peter was so kind and helpful. We could not have done it without him. Thank you so much!

GooglePeter has been of tremendous help with finding the most suitable house for my flatmates and me. He helped us overcome all minor obstacles and was very transparent throughout the whole process. Meaghan has also been very quick with responding to all inquiries we had. She also kept a high level of transparency and made paperwork easy. Both are very customer oriented which resulted in an overall very positive experience.

GoogleKrystal has been an absolute star! She was always on time on appointments and helped us through the letting process with grace and patience. I have lost count of how many different agents we viewed houses with, Krystal definitely stood out as she was the only one who kept getting back to us with different apartments. I strongly recommend this place and if you are lucky, Krystal.

GoogleKarim Pasha has been more than helpful. He knew exactly what I was looking for and helped me through the whole process with ultimate patience, bearing in mind that this is my first experience in renting a house ever. He dedicated a lot of his time to my benefit, making me feel that I’m one of his priority clients, even though I was on a low budget.

GoogleAn absolute disgrace to the real estate industry. I cannot express how poor our experience has been over the last three years. They have failed time and time again on incredibly basic tasks, we are yet to recieve a correct contract. I deeply disturbed by the clearly fake reviews that are posted. Do not engage in this company.

GooglePeter dealt with a rental flat for us in Fulham and made the whole experience very easy. His communication and promptness of attention was second to none. It was a stress free process from start to finish. Thank you Peter from Clair and Sean.

GoogleTom Goddard was brilliant - we could not have moved without his help. Tom listened to what was important to us and tailored the search for a property to our exact specifications. Tom is the only estate agent who has ever listened to us properly and without applying his own agenda. We are very happy where we are and we are truly indebted to Tom's professionalism, knowledge and experience.

GoogleKarim went above and beyond to help us with our guarantor difficulties. Out of over 20 letting agents we dealt with, he was the only one who listened to our concerns and came up with a solution on the spot. If only half of the agents in London have the knowledge he does, everyone’s search would be a lot less stressful! Thank you Karim and KFH.

GoogleWe are delighted that Naz and the back up team /her colleagues did such a good job in selling our flat, not least as this was during a pandemic and with the stamp duty window closing. Naz was extremely professional and committed throughout, responsive to our views and supportive to our feelings. A very big thank you.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

She was not only professional and incredibly helpful but also friendly and kind, which really put me at ease during what can be an anxiety-provoking process. She really went above and beyond to make sure the process was smooth and also enjoyable!

GoogleAlistair, Anabel and Naz were amazing in helping me sell my Fulham Flat. Despite many setbacks they perservered and their professionalism gave me confidence that they would get the sale through to completion. I can't recommend KFH Sales highly enough.

GoogleShayla was fantastic when helping us choose our new house and getting all the paperwork signed. There was nothing we asked that she couldn't do and sent us photos and videos prior to carrying out 2 safe COVID viewings. She is knowledgeable, personable and extremely helpful. I would not hesitate in recommending her to anyone!PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GooglePeter Kasicki was so great and nice, and most important of all not pushy. He gave us some professional advice, and helped us out on our requests. We were able to rent a good house in a good place with good size in a great price, I also recommended him to my other peers and friends, they also got good feedback for him.

GooglePeter Kasicki was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful from the moment he answered my initial call to the moment the office handed over the keys. We were very happy with the whole experience and will return to the Fulham office if we require their services in the future.

GoogleWe dealt with Ricco and Meaghan and they were excellent. They found us a fantastic tenant very quickly and were very pleasant to work with. We had to reduce the price of our flat which was disappointing but they kept us fully informed throughout the whole process and were totally professional and highly knowledgeable.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
