GoogleI couldn't recommend KFH Fulham more. Valerija Christensen was incredibly helpful, not only with helping me find a great flat but also helping me liaise with the landlords to negotiate my contract. Communication was always quick and helpful and Valerija was always available to answer one of my many questions. Thank you Valerija!

GoogleFantastic effort and work rate from the team at Fulham ESPECIALLY Nazanin Rostaie who went well over the extra mile to get the the exchange of contracts done.... it has been a very up and down nerve wracking experience but that is purely down to the archaic process of house buying in England!! Thank goodness for the professionalism of the team at KFH at Fulham & we can now look forward to the completion date to move in. Once again a huge thank you to Naz and the whole team who made it possible!

GoogleWorked with Peter at KFH to find us a 3 bedroom flat as we had been searching for months for the right one. Within weeks Peter had found one just to our liking and fought for us when a rival estate agent tried to outbid us on price by going behind our back. Fantastic customer support with Peter calling and texting me whenever the volatile situation changed and kept us up to date every step of the way. Very easy process to go with KFH, shout out to Peter Kasicki for helping us and explaining everything clearly throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend KFH, having dealt with many estate agents in our search their ruthless efficiency was the deciding factor in us signing a 3 year lease

GoogleKFH are hands down the best estate agents in the Fulham Broadway area. Alistair accurately priced my flat, it was marketed well and his team were motivated and energetic in proactively looking for buyers (not waiting for the phone to ring). Once we had a buyer, the sales process was brilliantly managed (I also used a KFH recommended solicitor who was exceptional) and the key strength of this branch is the fantastic communication. Alistair is one of the best communicators - calm, informed and efficient. Great job guys.

GoogleI found KFH, in particular Alistair Kidner, incredibly efficient and they really did make the sale of my property go through - from the beginning when they decided to redo the internal photos to persevering with viewings, and then to the end keeping the sale together and finally exchanging! I thought Alistair was incredibly capable, easy to communicate with, and really seemed to make the sale a priority. I would fully recommend! Thank you KFH Fulham!

GoogleAs a long-standing landlord and client of Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, with six properties managed through their Southfields and Putney branches, I was extremely disappointed by the attitude and conduct I experienced from the Fulham and Chelsea branch. I contacted the branch to add a flat in Fulham to my portfolio and mentioned that I’ve been a loyal KFH client for years. I also asked whether the group discount rate applied to my existing properties could be extended. I spoke with Gareth, who introduced himself as the director of the branch. To my surprise, he stated that the Fulham branch operates independently and does not recognize clients from other KFH branches. He went further to say the branch is “very busy” and not interested in taking on clients “looking for cheap deals.” His tone was dismissive and condescending, and I was made to feel as though my loyalty and business were irrelevant. If this branch considers itself a "premium" operation, then that should be clearly communicated, and more importantly, premium should be reflected in the quality of service, not in arrogance or disregard for long-term clients. As a director representing the Kinleigh brand, Gareth should embody the company’s values of professionalism, respect, and client focus. Unfortunately, my experience reflected the opposite. This interaction has seriously damaged my confidence in the consistency of service across the KFH network. I hope senior management takes this feedback seriously and ensures all branches, especially those led by directors, uphold the standards that KFH is known for.
