Peter Kasicki was incredibly helpful in our hunt for a flat! We were moving from abroad on pretty short notice and we were also moving out for the first time so it was a very stressful experience, however Peter made the whole process so much easier and helped us feel much more assured. Any questions I had I felt like I could check with him and his advice made the application process very smooth. India made the entire property search and purchase process genuinely effortless. She showed me a wide range of great places, quickly understood what I would and wouldn’t go for, and never tried to push anything that wasn’t right for me (which has happened with other agents in the past). Alongside being incredibly professional, she was also great company, viewings were fun, relaxed, and easy to chat through. I’ve ended up in an amazing home, and everything from offer to completion was smooth. Any question I had was answered straight away, and on completion day she even gave me a lift when I collected the keys because it was raining. I’m hoping I won’t need to buy or sell again for a while, but if I do, I’d choose India again without hesitation.
