We had just moved to London and on our first full day here, a Saturday, we were walking around and popped into KFH. Alex Newman was in the office and offered to show us a beautiful home around the corner that was not yet on the market. The house ended up not being quite right, but he followed up and could not have been nicer. He also put us in touch with his colleague Peter Kasicki who was also very helpful. He took us around to see a bunch of properties in the city. He was incredibly kind and generous with his time. He had excellent follow up, and I really felt that he did everything he could to help us find the perfect home. I highly recommend this estate agency and especially Peter and Alex.

My son and his friends recently (June 2019) got a flat rented through Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward. There were some twists and turns during the process as the landlord initially had a different opinion about whom to give the tenancy agreement. Anyway, as parents had to be guarantors, I was also involved in this business. The agent concerned, Peter Kasicki, had been very helpful in the whole process, talking to me on the phone until I understood all the fine details I needed to take note of. Peter was so experienced, dependable and reliable that the boys could always seek his prompt advice and help in the entire process. I have been so glad that my son and his friends could finally move in the flat with everything sorted out smoothly with Peter's professional help throughout.

Richard was great from start to finish. He was a pleasure to deal with and was even happy to meet me at a flat on Sunday as I was unable to see it earlier in the week. He showed me lots of different options and overall it was a great experience.
