GoogleAfter much searching and disappointment, Peter finally found a house for me and my friends. We are all students from Sweden so the process has been extreme with garantours and everything in between. And with that, many other agent systems have said different things about what you can and cannot do and what the process will look like, etc. However, Peter and Meghan did a superb job and have been clear and quick in their communication. Super grateful for all their help and would definitely go to them again.

GoogleMy husband and I were trying to find the perfect pet-friendly garden flat on a 2-week international visit, and found the whole process to be quite stressful. Before we arrived, I was in touch with Monique at the South Kensington branch. We ultimately worked with a lot of letting agents during the course of the search, but Monique stuck with us through our evolving and increasingly picky requirements, and ultimately helped us to find exactly what we were looking for in the Fulham area. Meaghan, in the Fulham branch, was our lettings administrator. She has consistently provided prompt and clear responses to our many questions and concerns and has provided high quality customer service. We're thrilled to be moving into our new home very soon!

GoogleI recently used KFH to look for a place to stay with a few of my friends during our time at uni. Peter, the letting agent who we were in contact with during the duration of our search was fantastic and went out of his way to help us out through the whole process, from making an initial offer to signing the final tenancy agreement. It was a massive help given the fact that we were all uni students and therefore new to everything. Thanks a lot Peter, you were a great help!

Peter Kasicki in the Fulham and Chelsea branch was incredibly helpful and accommodating in helping me find the right property to move in, and went above and beyond to help me anytime i reached out (even going so far as to work and help me out when he was ill!) The whole process was clear, transparent and fair, something I'm not used to dealing with renting! a 5* experience through and through!

GoogleAs most people understand, finding ones "forever flat" in London, can be stressful and a challenge. I have been working with Todd for a while now. Through the process he has had coped with a series of spec and budget amendments. I have been so impressed by his determination and tenacity. He has never stopped working to fill the ever changing requirements. On top of this he has been extremely gracious while showing me a myriad of apartments. He is a credit to your agency. We shall get there in the end!

GoogleGreat estate agents! Yes I know that seems like a contradiction in terms but in these guys case; It isn't. I had to move very quickly into a let for work, and needed somewhere fast. I first went to see two other estate agents in the area and they basically just wasted my time showing me horrible stuff that didn't meet the specific needs i had requested. And then tried to convince me that actually it was what I had requested. This made one of us a moron, and I'm pretty sure it wasn't me. Will of KFH on the other hand showed me exactly what i had requested to look at. You'd think this would be fairly basic for estate agents to do, but as we all know, it really isn't. Will listened to what I wanted, found it very quickly, and then actually managed to get me moved in on a bank holiday, courtesy of the highly efficient Hannah who works with him. So if you want to avoid the usual time wasting, insipid nonsense one usually gets from Estate agents, go with these KFH guys. They're on time, get the job done fast and right, and actually quite nice people too :)

I had been looking to purchase an apartment for some time and one person in particular (Daryn Vanhinsbergh) really took the time to understand my specific needs and requirements. His attention to detail and professionalism, along with his friendly yet informative approach made for my best estate agency experience to date. If you're looking to purchase or sell in Fulham, I would 100% recommend them - you won't be disappointed. Carlsberg don't make estate agents, but if they did...
