GoogleSelling a house is stressful but Terry Lucy and the team at KFH Clapham Common have been absolutely brilliant through the process. They have been supportive, reassuring and efficient at all times and their professionalism has been greatly appreciated. I heartily recommend them for anyone thinking of buying or selling a house - a real 5 star service.

GoogleHave been working with Paul Harris @ KFH in Clapham Common for a long period of time now to sell my property. It wasn't the easiest of properties to sell, but Paul was professional and provided sound advice throughout the period where he was instructed with the property. There were lots of twists and turns on property sale but Paul stuck with me throughout. He was also very helpful in finding me a last minute rental when things got a bit difficult with the chain that i was in. Very professional and good at keeping in communication throughout the process which I feel is an important attribute. I would also say that i had previously gone with a different estate agent for my sale, one of the Nationals, but they weren't successful in the sale and I switched to KFH. I went for them originally baed on the value that they thought i would get for my property. Needless to say the value i ended up getting was very close to what KFH said at the start! Great service all around. Many thanks to Paul and the team

GoogleFrom my first contact with KFH I feel reassured and looked after. After various protracted and lost private sales I was keen to place a probate properly into safe hands and I wasn’t disappointed. Lucy Barnes was my point of contact and I was immediately impressed by her professionalism and proactive approach through the sales process. Lucy kept me updated on a regular basis and through a collaborative approach the property was sold. From what I experience, KFT appear to be well structured, have lots of experience and knowledge re the local market and maintain helpful dialogue with all key stakeholders including buyers, sellers, legals etc. At no point did I have any doubts about their integrity or communications and would certainly recommend their service which represent excellent value for money. GoogleI bought a house through the KFH Clapham Common office. Paul Harris was helpful and diligent in booking suitable viewings and representing the sellers of the various properties we discussed. He facilitated my transaction at a record pace. The KFH office was very on top of all of the necessary logistics and formalities. Having interacted with all of the competing local estate agents, I would recommend the office to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the area. I will certainly give them a call if I end up selling my property at any point.

GoogleMy experience with KFH has been great. Since the beginning they were by far the nicest agents to deal with and they played a key role throughout the purchase of my property from negotiating an offer to the exchange day. In particular Paul Harris has been very supportive during the 4 months of bureaucracy and painful conveyancing we went through. I strongly recommend them and personally, I will definitely use their services in the future mostly due to their professionalism but also human touch, which is especially important during a stressful time like purchasing a property in London for the first time

GoogleI have just sold my second home through KFH and have only ever had amazing experiences with them, i will ONLY ever use them, no one else. I have to give a special shout out to lucy who pretty much kept in touch with me for 3 years advising me when might be best to sell which made me gain a hell of a lot of trust. Claire took the baton from Lucy who was also amazing and would strongly recommend working with them both again

GoogleA big thank you to Llyod for finding me the perfect place to live. He registered my details , he listened to my requirements and after reviewing a few properties he sent by email, which were not a match, he went away and two weeks later I got a call back saying he had found a place he thought I would be interested in. I got lost on the way to the viewing and he even picked me up in his car and drove me to the venue. The flat was perfect and I'm very happy here. I would recommend this branch if you are looking for good tenants to rent your place.

GooglePaul Harris at KFH Clapham Common was brilliant when we were buying our house. We've never had an agent who was so on top of things from start to finish and such a nice bloke to deal with. Throughout the whole process he was informed and upfront with us, and you got the impression he really cared about the result both for us and the sellers. His response time to queries was beyond our expectations and he got the sale through quickly and smoothly. Would highly recommend Paul and the team.

GooglePaul Harris was like a breath of fresh air in comparison to any other estate agent I've worked with. Paul constantly kept in touch with me and also helped chase solicitors on both sides to ensure the flat I was buying went through as quickly as possible and provided a seamless service. He even went out of his way to ensure I could exchange and complete on the same day. Paul is friendly, knowledgable and has a great sense of humour. I thoroughly recommend him and KFH for any house sale/renting.

Paul was quick to respond to any queries. He made the process very painless from the first viewing, the negotiating of purchase price, and to the recommendations of solicitors, surveyors, and liaising with the vendor. I will use Paul Harris and KFH again.

GoogleMy partner and I recently moved to England from overseas. We were so lucky to have been referred to Lloyd and the team at khf in Clapham Common. From our initial meeting Lloyd was extremely friendly and informative and went out of his way to help us wherever possible. Nicole was also extremely helpful and deserves a mention for all the assistance she gave us working out the specifics of our move. They made what could have been a very daunting move completely seamless. We found all the staff there to be professional, friendly and efficient and would recommend Lloyd and khf Clapham Common to anyone.
