GoogleTerry, Lucy and the team at KFH Clapham Common have been really amazing as we've purchased a house with them. From the start Terry was really helpful in arranging viewings and on the house we ended up purchasing he was able to help us view the property and introduce us to the seller. This made a massive difference in our level of comfort, knowing that we were buying the right place. Terry and the team have been incredibly helpful in the purchase process and have kept us up to date - even when things have been moving slowly with solicitors and it was just to set our minds at ease. After having been on the house hunt for a long time we've met numerous pushy posh boys who just see you as another opportunity for a commission - so it's a pleasure to buy through people who are so nice and easy to deal with. We're not buying and selling often but would use them again and recommend Terry and KFH Clapham Common to anyone looking around Clapham and Brixton.

Terry was punctual, attentive and all together lovely. He was always quick to respond when I was interested in viewing a place and would send me his own suggestions on top. Once we found an apartment we wanted to make an offer on, he explained the whole process and kept in contact, pushing things along, arranging everything, and liaising between our solicitors and the sellers right down to the final step.
Buying our first property was made much less stressful with the help of Terry. He was attentive, professional and had a can do fixing attitude should any issue come up. The offer process through the KFH website was straightforward and any other colleagues I interacted with were equally friendly and helpful, I couldn't recommend KFH Clapham Common enough.

Going up at a difficult time for flats in London, they got a decent number of viewings through the door and - after some well-judged advice on market activity - got us an offer within the range we wanted. When that offer unfortunately fell through a few months later - not the fault of KFH! - they were able to generate lots of new interest very quickly, leading to a new offer at the same level within a fortnight. Quick to respond and happy to be pestered (!), Terry (who we spoke to most) was reliable, helpful and always cheerful. Appreciated all their advice and delighted we've sold!

GoogleKFH Clapham is by far the best letting agency we've ever had the pleasure renting with. My partner and I have now been with them for the second time and we couldn't be more happy. Having dealt with many other letting agencies before (many bad experiences), we are still in awe over the welcoming environment within their team, and the continuous support and responsiveness. We've yet to find anything that didn't go well. Lloyd and Flo, who have been our agents, went above and beyond to help us find a suitable flat and negotiate our offers, and we always felt like we were in the best hands. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and there was always someone to reach out to if we had questions or concerns. As a bonus, Lloyd and Flo are genuinely kind people and always took their time to discuss things in detail and have a laugh in between. GoogleWow - what a long, testing & stressful road that was selling our flat.... after a year... 3 buyers.... and a PANDEMIC. We finally got there. We wouldn't have got there with our sanity if it hadn't been for KFH Clapham who have been fantastic all along the way!
From the moment we met Paul Harris at our flat, we knew they were the best agents for the job. They knew their stuff, understood the market and most importantly supported our thoughts and wishes to getting our flat sold for the asking price we were most happy with.
From then on, both Paul and Louise Hinkson worked incredibly hard to secure us TWO buyers for asking price... the first pulling out due to an unforeseen issue with our lease.... the second due to the dreaded covid...! To say it was a stressful time would be an understatement.
The branch pretty much closed down over lockdown, apart from the AMAZING Lucy Barnes - who kept the whole thing going - no idea how!! After loosing our second buyer, and going into full lockdown, we had lost all hope.... until Lucy found us a third buyer for asking price - leaving us ecstatic and impressed.
For those that have been through the horrendous experience of selling a property (because lets be honest, it isn't ever fun), you'll know that communication and transparency is key. Lucy was so incredibly on the ball, constantly updating us, helping push things along on both sides as best she could. It was a long ride..... but so happy that it was with these agents. It honestly was a pleasure working with them over the past 12 months.
