GoogleI would highly recommend KFH after recently going through the rental property search. We viewed and had an offer accepted within 24 hours thanks to Jacques in particular who looked after us, keeping in touch throughout our search, helping us book viewings and ultimately supporting us through the offer process. He was fantastic and went above and beyond ensuring we had all the information we needed. All correspondence we had with the entire team at this branch was pleasant, friendly and professional, particularly during what could have been a much more stressful offer process, we were kept updated throughout so thank you all!

GoogleIt was a pleasure dealing with the Sales team of KFH Clapham Common, Lucy, Claire, Terry and Colin. We are first time buyers and needed a fair bit of handholding throughout the purchase process - the team was eager to assist and responded to our many queries. Special mention must be made of Claire Green who we interacted with the most - she is friendly, professional and we were impressed with her keen eye for detail. Additionally, Claire handled the communication with us tactfully when I was unable to respond during a lengthy period of adverse personal circumstances. Overall, it has been a pleasure working with Claire and the team, and this interaction with them will motivate us to return to KFH for any future property transactions.

GoogleClaire has been a real pleasure to work throughout our search and purchase. We had lots of requirements! She first helped us narrow down what we wanted by showing us a wide range of 2BR properties around SW London. Additional viewings and follow up questions were coordinated/answered promptly. The process was smooth: Claire was professional and patient between offer & exchange. There are lots of moving parts and all the while she was always calm and collected. We had experience with pushy/hard sell estate agents in the past, especially in Clapham - Claire isn't one of those at all, she always checked that everyone was on track without being pushy. We are looking forward to completion next week and to enjoy the property soon. We had a lovely experience. Wishing Claire and the KFH Clapham Common team the best!

GoogleWould highly recommending using KFH on your hunt for a new place to rent. In particular Jacques was really helpful with the whole process, from helping us put togerher our initial offer to completing the referencing process and finalising the tenancy agreement. There was constant communication throughout the process from Jacques, who ensured that everything progressed quickly and smoothly, and who patiently answered all of our questions.

GoogleI worked with the Clapham Common team on the sale of my flat in Clapham and highly recommend them! If you’re thinking of buying or selling in this area, go with KFH. Lucy and Claire were my key contacts and they were the utmost professionals throughout the whole process. Friendly, responsive, proactive, trustworthy, clear, all around great to work with. The onboarding of my property was quick and they got it to the market quickly. They managed all the viewings and were very flexible around accommodating various timings. Once we got to the offer stage, they helped me navigate through each step (as a first time seller). They were very patient and communicative and went above and beyond to help me understand the process. What I really valued most in working with Lucy was being able to seek her advice. As a first time seller in tough markets, I did ask for a lot of advice and support. I fully trusted Lucy to give me an honest and unbiased opinion. I never felt KFH was trying to push me in one direction or another, but rather equip me with the information for me to make my own decision. My review should be clear- the team did a terrific job with my sale and I would use them again in a heartbeat! Thanks again KFH team and Lucy and Claire in particular!

GoogleI must say that KFH know how to train those who are selling their homes. Terry Ellingham for one was caring, sensitive and forwarded excellent advice. Another excellent employee was Antigona Jahaj. There were many more. But please give a special thank you to Aarti Chohan who never gave up and accompanied me to many different houses - helpful, efficient and brilliant in selecting the right house for me. GoogleI wanted to pass on a big thank you to Colin, who helped me sort out a nightmare situation last night after a long day stuck in traffic as I moved up from Exeter into a new flat. Running late, I realised I wasn’t going to be able to reach the office in time to pick up my key. However, when I called up, Colin offered to take the key home after work so I could pick it up from him later on in the evening. Giving up some of his evening to make sure I could get into my flat was incredibly kind of Colin and makes me feel very happy to be dealing with KFH as a tenant!

GoogleKFH is definitely a serious and professional agency. They have assisted us since the very first day and have done their best to resolve some issues we had with the old agency. Lloyd and Florence were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, providing great suggestions along the way. The best advice I can give is to always choose an agency that has a positive reputation in order to avoid getting trapped in the worst nightmare possible. GoogleTop marks for KFH in selling my flat in Clapham. It took quite a long time as we had a buyer drop out just as we were going to exchange which was very annoying. But they quickly found another buyer and we started again. Special shout out to Terry Ellingham who doggedly got this over the line while also trying to manage me. I was keen to give the purchaser a deadline but he persuaded me that it should be a gentle process to get the sale over the line. And it worked. He went above & beyond of a normal estate agency, even going to see the guy to sign a free papers, now that’s dedication. Lucy Barnes was great at the beginning and the reason I chose KFH so happy days all round.

GoogleVery dissatisfied with our experience letting out a property through the Clapham branch. From the get go it was clear they wanted to get it let out quickly- pushing us to list at the lower end of market rental prices. This was followed by lack of communication (often weeks to get an email reply), constant turnover in property managers, incorrect monthly invoices and we ended up handling most tenant matters ourselves. Now the tenants have moved out it’s clear that property maintenance issues were not addressed during the tenancy. We found the branch manager Lloyd particularly difficult, others on the phone were easier to get help from. Maybe not all KFH branches are the same but we recommend avoiding Clapham lettings!

She has been my rock in navigating a complicated, large chain - constantly providing me with updates, keeping me in the loop, pushing things forward and just making this difficult experience a little easier. GoogleMy friend and I have recently started renting a 2 bed flat in Clapham with KFH, and Annabel and the team have been so helpful with the whole process. Annabel has been great from the beginning - she was very accommodating with viewing times since I work crazy working hours, and she always replied very quickly with any queries I had, and gave us advice to make our offer to the landlord as best as we could.
