GoogleAvoid when renting, worst experience I've ever had. They told me on the day I was collecting keys that the toilet was broke (which they discovered the week prior). It then took them 7 weeks to fix my shower and give me a mailbox key (no access to my post until then). Long list of issues still to be fixed. Communication generally very poor.

GoogleLouis was really great in finding us a property, particularly when we all had specific requirements. We managed to get a flat we were all happy with within our budget and in a better location than we thought possible. He got us first through the door for a viewing and in making an offer as soon as the property was available before it got snapped up.

GoogleWe highly recommend the team at KFH and have been thoroughly impressed by the way they have handled the sale of our daughters flat in Clapham. Terry and Claire are not only extremely professional but are friendly and attentive too and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing has been too much trouble and our calls have always been returned promptly. From first putting the flat on the market Terry's experience and local expertise was evident. We contacted KFH as the flat was purchased through them a few years ago and as we were delighted with the service then we returned and have not been disappointed. Claire has a natural ability in dealing with people and we were pleased that she built a good rapport with our purchasers too. I myself have had over 30 years experience in the residential market and am not easily pleased! Thank you KFH for excellent service.

GoogleI just got an offer accepted for a beautiful home managed by KHF. All their agents that I spoke with were very friendly and extremely professional. I have to commend specially the labour of Faruk, who insisted in me having a view for a home I had initially discarded, but did actually love when I saw it, and it's indeed the one I will be moving in.
