GoogleLouis was a great agent who managed to get us a very quick and early viewing of the property. We liked it straight away and he facilitated putting our offer in and getting it accepted on the same day. He made it very simple and straightforward for us and took the usual stress of finding somewhere to rent away. Highly recommend!

GoogleI was incredibly impressed with the efficiency of KFH. We viewed the property and had our offer accepted within 12 hours. We dealt with Flo who was always available whenever we called and answered all our questions promptly. Would deal with them again without second thought.

Buying your first flat is an extremely stressful process but regular communication and updates from Paul made things a little bit easier. He went over and above and I will be looking to him to help my friends and family with buying properties in the future.

GoogleI highly recommend the team at KFH Clapham Common: Lucy, Claire and Terry. They were brilliant at every stage of the process and we felt in very safe hands with a team that put us first. They had a clear strategy for finding buyers and Claire managed the offer negotiation process extremely professionally. We had a few difficulties in getting the sale over the line at the very last stages and Lucy dealt with this very pragmatically to ensure we all got the outcome we wanted. It really was such a positive experience

Genuinely the best agent I have ever dealt with - extremely polite with excellent communication all the way through the process and very accommodating with his time. GoogleVery disappointed with the agency. I think it's the worst I had so far. Never respond back to any issues or queries apart from when it is time to take your money. Zero responses and care after contract signature. Very expensive for the zero services they offer. I would definitely avoid them in the future at any costs.
