GoogleAfter 4 months having my property on with a different agent, I switched to KFH and not only did they sell my house within 7 days of launching it, the experience itself with the agent was leagues ahead of the previous one. Our agent at KFH (Lucy Barnes) was professional, responsive, friendly and, probably most importantly, really helpful with advice about everything from the price strategy through to photo setting and ensuring the sale went through smoothly. GoogleMoving right now is stressful enough, but I had Faruk from KFH settle the whole process down for me. He was warm and friendly from the start and always available to answer questions and liase with the rest of the team and landlady to coordinate a very smooth transition for me. Couldn't have asked for much more really.

GoogleMy experience of KFH was fantastic. Buying your first home or any property is said to be the most stressful thing you will ever do and it was. Had it not been for the regular help and contact from Louise at KFH it would have been ten times worse. She went above and beyond what was expected of her to keep me in the loop and to chase up solicitors. She reassured me and was on hand to answer any questions about the whole process putting my mind at ease. As a company they were speedy, supportive, empathetic and professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering buying, renting or selling a property.

GoogleWould highly recommend the team at KFH, very responsive and supportive throughout the process. Terry helped us secure a quick sale and then really supported us when navigating a very long and complicated conveyancing process. Having worked with KFH on a sale and purchase, I would have no hesitation to use them again.

GoogleI don't often (ever) feel the need to write a review; but in an area we tend to hear negative feedback, the guys at KFH Clapham Common deserve an official shout out!! Louis in particular went above and beyond the call of duty to not only source and find the perfect house for us but communication, transparency and all round professionalism was second to none. Thanks a mil!! We have already put a few friends in touch, so hopefully you can do the same for them too :)

GoogleLouise Hinkson of the Clapham Common branch of KFH helped me find my first property. I found Louise to be really professional, helpful and proactive from our first conversation through to exchange of contracts. She proactively selected a range of suitable properties to initially view and always found time to show me round properties I later requested. Throughout she was very open to my honest feedback, was patient and never hassled me to see unsuitable properties. An excellent service from Louise. I also found that KFH in general had a much better stock of decent mid-priced properties than competitors and would be the first agent I would recommend to friends.

GoogleI had an amazing experience with KFH Clapham Common. A pleasant and smooth process. A friend actually recommended me to Lloyd and I can honestly say he made the whole process calm and relaxing. Paid attention to my requests and what I was interested in and helped find the perfect property for me and my partner he was perfect during the viewings and had amazing knowledge of the area and about the different properties. I was also extremely happy with the admin Dorcas she was extremely helpful during the admin process she ensured that the paper work was sorted quickly and there was no delay in us moving in. I can honestly say walking into this office there was never a dull moment such an amazing team and everyone was very welcoming.

GoogleKFH Clapham Common worked very hard to sell our two bed flat at what was a quieter time of year. The team were supportive and diligent and they achieved a price quite conisderably above our asking price. Unlike other agents they did not over value the property and took both our expectations (which we initially slightly unrealistic) and the market conditions into account when guiding and advising us through the process. Their team is highly credible and I would certainly recommend them to a friend.
