Google5 Stars, A Rare Gem of an Estate Agent (and Team)! Janelle from KFH has been absolutely brilliant. She’s thorough, kind, competent and genuinely friendly, qualities you don’t often get to say about estate agents (sorry, but it’s true!). She made the entire process feel smooth, transparent and human. You can tell she genuinely cares and takes pride in her work. I also want to shout out Abs and the wider team at KFH, who have been fantastic throughout, responsive, professional, and supportive every step of the way. It’s been such a refreshing experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be using Janelle and the KFH team again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an estate agent you can truly trust. Total stars!

GooglePreface this by saying I have a generally negative opinion of Streatham's wide array of estate agents having house hunted there for a number of years, but fortunately Callum is actually a decent and hard-working agent who actually seemed to go out of his way at times to facilitate both seller and buyer's needs. Worth working with.

GoogleI had a great experience with the KFH lettings team led by Abs, who impressed me most from the four agents in Streatham to whom I initially spoke. Everything that was promised was delivered, and Bart was the KFH agent on the team who found me some great tenants, overseeing the negotiations and making sure the letting process ran smoothly from start to finish. GoogleWe sold our flat with KFH, and they were fantastic. We initially contacted Joel, who was extremely helpful, however Ethan sold our flat and responded quickly to our many questions. He was extremely attentive throughout the process. It’s worth noting that I was advised poorly by a different team member in week 2 of the process. However I wouldn’t knock off a star for this as Ethan was excellent. I would definitely use KFH again.

GoogleNaomi Meade was the estate agent who showed me and my friend around some rental properties that we had booked to view. She was very friendly and super helpful. Neither of us lived in the area and we were only in London for 2 days to view properties so she suggested other properties we hadn't booked for us to view and made sure we had seen everything we could have in the time we had. She was also very helpful once we'd made an offer on a property, getting back to us very quickly and keeping us updated. GoogleThere were some negatives but overall KFH are pretty good. We bought through them, which was an ok experience, their Sales Manager knows exactly how to transact a deal. They negotiate well but make no bones about it, they are there to ensure the vendor sells, not that the buyer necessarily gets what they want. Saying that, we got the house we wanted and it is understandable in a sales industry! We KFH instructed them exclusively to sell our property as well and they were unable to find a buyer. This was in a Brexity cautious climate but when the exclusivity ran out, we chose to go with another agent just around the corner. That choice was based on price and was a huge mistake. When you're considering percentages, it makes the difference of a couple of grand perhaps but when it came to our sale, the agent we chose did a poor job of managing their buyer, they hadn't qualified them properly and in the end they gazzundered at exchange. This cost us £15k cash and that is a LOT more than the percentage we saved by going with a 'cheaper' agent. I strongly believe if we'd sold through KFH, they'd have had much better control of the process and the buyers and we'd have been in a better financial position in the end.PositiveQuality
