GoogleI bought my place from KFH in 2006, when it came to rent it out, I used KFH, they are now also selling my property. Having this continuous relationship has really worked for me, they have always been great. Special shout out to Kirsty McLaughlin who helps me manage everything while I've been living in various overseas countries (she arranges everything...nothing slips), thanks Kirsty!

GoogleI just wanted to say that buying your first home is a scary process BUT not if you work with Marlie Cartwright from KFH Streatham. She has been amazing at every level. Marlie is extremely professional and patient, guiding me through the process and calming my fears.Her local knowledge is exceptional, she took time out to listen to my needs therefore saving time by only viewing suitable properties. Everything was done with a smile and I can honestly say without her i would have run away. So a MASSIVE thank you to Marlie, she is a great asset to the KFH team.

GoogleWe recently let out property, had it managed by KFH and sold it with them too. It was a mixed process. The Lettings team and particularly the Lettings Manager Sarah were fantastic and went out of their way to help us. The management team was pretty incompetent, often failing to respond to queries, including involving refunds of payments they'd taken but not actioned. We had a leak at our property and when the tenants stopped paying rent the management team refused to get involved, saying this was not something they dealt with. We felt totally abandoned at a critical time and during another incident our complaint was not dealt with at all, despite escalation - -no one senior seemed to care at all. In selling the house we found Callum and Ethan to be great and very helpful, far more so than the Sales Manager, Rob.

GoogleI'm in the process of buying a property in Streatham Hill and Marlie Cartwright at KFH has been great in supporting this including being very responsive to any queries I had and being patient and taking the time to help both Buyer and Seller reach agreement. Since my offer was accepted Marlie has been clear in communication on the next steps and provided regular updates. Thanks again for your help Marlie and hopefully the remaining process will be quick to contract exchange!

GoogleThere a lot of estate agents out there that over promise and under deliver so if you want the job done honestly, and efficiently then KFH are the agents to go with. Rob and his team, Ethan, Callum and Arthur, did an amazing job selling our house, in fact they had to sell it twice as the chain broke first time around, but within weeks they had another buyer and with Robs guidance, support and endless patience he got us to the finishing line. So glad we went with you!

GoogleWe bought our dream home via KFH in Streatham. Ethan, on their sales team, is one of the best estate agents you could wish to deal with during a sale or purchase. He really cares about both the seller and the buyer, communicating professionally and with understanding and empathy should any bumps in the road come up (which they often do - even if small). He was super knowledgable about the properties he showed us on our quest for our forever house. Anything he didn't know instantly he ensured he found that info out promptly for us. We were searching the market for 1 year, so met 20+ different estate agents during this time. Ethan is head and shoulders above anyone else we met. GoogleI used this agency to help me with find my current flat (renting). Naomi was refreshingly honest and helped me get the flat I wanted for the dates I wanted. She kept things simple and straightforward in terms of fees, paperwork l, etc. Minimal chasing of the admin coordinator for things which was much better than with other agents I’ve used in the past, and my friends have used. I’d recommend her to my friends looking in the area and would definitely go back to this agency when I’m ready to buy.

GoogleHUGE SHOUT OUT TO Naomi Meade of KFH, Streatham. After securing a new job I needed to move to the area fast. I was very concerned, considering the current difficulties we are all facing. I found a lovely property online and reached out to KFH. Naomi responded immediately, I think within 1 hour. She had all the info and many suggestions to assist ensuring we both followed all the relevant guidelines to remain safe. Naomi had sent a video of the property within a few hours and arranged a video tour and meeting with the Landlord that same day. I popped down to view the following day and a deal was struck to move in 2 weeks later. All the paperwork was completed within days and all the while Naomi was on hand via email / phone & text to assist.
