GoogleThe process to finding a rental property in London is daunting enough, but with KFH, and in particular our letting agent, Alex Da Silva, there was frequent communication and helpful guidance. Once again during our referencing process, Alex was very knowledgeable, provided a fantastic professional service, and helped us navigate through some hurdles for a smoother transition to moving in.

The period from initial offer to completion was less than 3 months, and Caitlin was attentive and proactive through the entire process. Despite some stumbling blocks with conveyancing, Caitlin was patient, impartial and the key component in facilitating me purchasing my first property.

GoogleI came to KFH after a pretty unsatisfactory experience with another local agent. Joel was great from start to finish. After languishing on the market for months without a sale, Joel managed to secure a good offer on my property in a matter of weeks. Their communication was excellent, and they were helpful in the exchange and completion process. I would highly recommend the Streatham branch for selling, and would certainly use them again.

It was an unusual situation and Joel was very professional throughout the transaction. We went from offer to moving in within 3 months and are now very happily in the house. GoogleFantastic experience with the agent Alex da Silva. There were plenty of peculiarities and delays in the tenancy agreement organised through him, all due to my own situation. Despite this, Alex was helpful, attentive and endlessly patient. Everything was finalised within the original deadline totally due to his work.

GoogleI've been renting in london for the last 3 years, and honestly my first experience with KFH in Acton, West London, was absolutely dreadful. I vowed never again. And then, 3 years later, my housemate viewed a property in South London with KFH's amazing agent Bart, and we have never looked back. We put our deposit on the house, the entire process was smooth, and we can only thank Bart for that!

GoogleWe appointed KFH to sell our Streatham flat and am happy to say all the team there have been a pleasure to work with. Our agent Ethan Simmonds was brilliant throughout the process and demonstrated excellent knowledge and communication skills. Although we experienced a number of stressful challenges with the buyers solicitors / mortgage provider etc, he really fought our corner and got the sale through for us. GoogleI recently sold a flat with KFH Streatham and the whole team was brilliant, especially Joel, who managed our sale once we accepted the offer. He was incredibly supportive, communicative and patient during what was a long and drawn-out process (due to admin issues outside of KFH’s control). Now that the sale is complete, I’m actually going to miss talking to Joel on the phone almost every day!

Audrey found us a beautiful one bedroom (with a garden!) at a very reasonable price. The whole process was seamless. Audrey was brilliant throughout the whole process. GoogleBuying and selling houses is stressful, but having a great team who are doing everything they can to make it all happen can relieve so much of that stress. We have been very pleased with KFH in Streatham, selling our house for us in a relatively short period of time. Rob, Arthur, Joel and Ethan were all brilliant in dealing with getting it on the market quickly and conducting the viewings. Once we had accepted an offer, Arthur has been on hand to answer any queries, put pressure on people to keep the process moving etc, right up to the end. Everyone you deal with feels invested and committed to providing the best service possible to you, as well as offering expertise and advice throughout. KFH attained a high volume of viewings within a short period of time for our property, and we went under offer quickly with a buyer we felt confident was credible. From then on, Joel was incredible at supporting us through the process, always on hand, incredibly responsive and we felt reassured and confident in the sale because of Joel’s impeccable service. They were truly experts, very friendly and just generally a pleasure to work with. Arthur really cared about finding me the right property and took a lot of time to show me properties which fit my specific criteria. He was fantastic at giving me advice during both the viewing process & the offer process. Rob was also super helpful during the process too. GoogleI have nothing but praise for the staff at Kinleigh folkard & Hayward in Streatham. Rob Cornthwaite is the Sales Director who made the initial visit and advised on price but Callum was the agent who largely dealt with the sale of my house - always efficient but friendly and approachable. He was excellent at keeping me in touch with progress and liaised well between me and my purchaser.
