GoogleHaving previously purchased our property through KFH Streatham and had a positive experience, we were keen for the branch to handle the sale when the time came four years later. Callum provided sound advice and made the whole process as smooth as possible. We were particularly impressed with the volume of viewings secured in a short space of time (especially given the challenging market) and the communication throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate the recommend Callum to anyone in the local area looking for a reliable agent.

GoogleI'm not sure the process of buying a house in the U.K. is ever enjoyable but Arthur at KF&H made it as pleasant of an experience as you could ask for. Amid tight timings and people on the chain dragging their feet Arthur was always there to move it along and keep us in the loop. Highly recommend Arthur because he didn't hold it against us when we got really angsty on him. And in the end, it all worked out just when we needed it to.

GoogleIt was great dealing with Arthur on this transaction. As a representative of the vendor he was a tough negotiator but for us as the buyers he still was always very pleasant to deal with and showed a lot of patience and humour when we needed a final viewing on short notice just before exchange. We had to bring along our three young boys who can be a handful but Arthur made it all a joy in the end. Many thanks and best wishes to the whole team!

GoogleWe had to move unexpectedly at a time that wasn't great for the market. Bart was really helpful and gave us some advice about our offer and was responsive to our questions, checking with the owners of the property promptly for us about our queries. Many thanks to him for his input. From the initial lettings perspective, the whole process has been one where I felt I could trust the agents. As a renter, this can be tough! May it continue.

GoogleKFH Streatham are without a doubt the best estate agent I’ve ever worked with. I worked with Callum in selling my property and it was such a smooth and easy process - he kept me informed at all times, was flexible with viewings when my work was busy and managed the buyers expectations to remove any pain points for me. A testament to this is that I went straight back to him when looking to buy my next property…and because he’d taken the time to really understand what I wanted, I found my new home in a matter of weeks. Again the process was seamless, from negotiations to making sure I asked all the right questions. I literally couldn’t have asked for more. So, my recommendation would be to use KFH Streatham…and work with Callum if it is at all possible…for a great buying or selling experience.

From our first viewing to completion, Jamie continued to be kind, reassuring, knowledgeable, and supportive. My husband and I are not familiar with the home-buying process, and I can't emphasise enough how smoothly things went. GoogleI purchased my first property recently through KFH, with Joel from the team helping me every step of the way. As a first time buyer, I had plenty of questions and Joel went out of his way to answer any queries I had promptly and to advise me throughout the process. We were in regular communication throughout the process. I also used a lot of the in-house services (E.g. KFH's recommended lawyers, mortgage broker, mortgage insurance etc). All of the teams I worked with were very professional, organised and helpful. This also made things a lot easier for me as I worked through the process. We managed to get the sale through within the relatively tight timelines I was working to and end to end, the process took just shy of 12 weeks. I've also since recommended that friends use KFH because I had such a good experience. Buying a property can be very stressful and I really felt that Joel and the team went out of their way to help me, and to advise me during my first time purchase.

GoogleGreat service from KFH in Streatham Hill. We initially tried selling our flat through Purple Bricks but got very little interest and eventually lost out on a house we wanted to buy as Purple Bricks couldn't find a buyer for our flat in time. We decided to bite the bullet and go with a high street agent instead and were very pleased we did. We chose KFH as they had the best network of agencies in South London so were able to bring in buyers from neighbouring areas. They immediately got lots of people through the doors and quickly secured us two competing offers.Once we accepted the offer our agent, Joel Phelps, never stopped working hard to ensure that the sale went through smoothly. There were a lot of bumps along the way but Joel helped guide us through them and secured the sale at a time when the market was taking a urn for the worse. Things could've easily fallen through but Joel was determined to make sure that didn't happen.

GoogleKFH Streatham have been a brilliant help in finding me a place to live within two weeks. I was assisted by Jenelle from start to finish, from stepping into their offices and being advised rental properties that fitted in my requirements, to the viewing and the communication in closing the deal. It was my first experience in renting so needed help in understanding parts of it, and I was helped by Jenelle each step of the way with prompt emails. The rental market is extremely saturated and I was concerned I wouldn’t stand a chance in finding somewhere appropriate. But this wasn’t the case. Highly recommend!

She has been really clear and responsive in her communication and has been as flexible as possible to accommodate all of our requests. Often I have had bad experiences with estate agencies in the past, but so far this has been a completely different and much more positive experience.
