I found Callum Hart and team to be very personable & efficient. I really appreciated the teams speedy replies and effort made to resolve all topics. GoogleWhile I was selling a lovely house, I had some bad luck with earlier buyers that was beyond everyone’s control, however, the agency persevered and got it over the line for a good price in a challenging climate. Proactive, tenacious, committed, honest, empathetic and human. Would recommend.

GoogleAt the beginning, Joel was reactive, but he became more pushy the minute my offer got accepted. We agreed that the lease extension was on its way (in February) … I went on holiday and the whole week the guy did not stop pushing for me to get a lawyer. He recommended the agency’s lawyer and said that the purchase will go off if I do not have a lawyer by the end of the week. He said that the other party is more than ready and that they have a London lawyer, as KFH advised, and they are ready to close the deal. He insisted that I should take the lawyer that the agency advised. After looking at the KFH agency for lawyers rating in Google reviews, I saw that the agency acts like a broker for the lawyers, once they give you one, if she/he is not responsive, the fault is yours and the agency does not get involved anymore… I did my research and looked for my own lawyer. I choose one that has very good ratings for this kind of deal, but the criticism from Joel did not wait: “why did you take a lawyer outside of London?”/ “why did you not choose one of our lawyers? They are more prepared”/ “I looked into the Google rating for the lawyer you picked [4.5 against the agencies 3 points] and they are not good”. I just ignored his comments as I wanted to proceed with the transaction. Everyone told me that this can take up to 3 months to complete. After a month and half, I enquired Joel to know what the situation was. It turned out the other party did not have a lawyer; they were still finding one… After 2 months, stuff started to move a bit, but again stopped, why? My lawyer found out that the other party had only just started the negotiation for the lease extension at the end of May (it was supposed to start in February), so until that is done the sale is on hold… Time went by and my mortgage offer was getting to an end, good old Joel got back to his pushy techniques, blaming my solicitor for everything. After 10 months waiting, finally we got to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Of course, Joel was not going to take responsibility for the agreement I did with him as before putting my offer- he said to me that everything that I see in the apartment is mine if I proposed a certain amount of money, but at the end that was not true and the seller wanted back some stuff. As always, Joel did not take responsibility for what he said with the excuse that he sells properties and not furniture, and talked again of his years of experience as a house seller and in other words I should just go cry to the river… Not the best experience buying a new home.

GoogleRecently bought my first property through KFH in Streatham. From the viewing, all the way to completion Emilia was very kind, cheerful and supportive. There were numerous delays with the solicitors but Emilia always helped to chase for updates and responded quickly to any of my calls or emails. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleI cannot find fault in the Streatham KFH sales team. Our agent Callum was so helpful. He listened to our essential and desirable qualities of what we were looking for and planned us a number viewings in an evening. He was never too pushy/aggressive and responded to how we reacted to each viewing. From the moment we put an offer in to completion, Callum was polite, professional and checked in with us regularly.

GoogleWe previously sold our flat through KFH. Right from valuation stage we found them to be the most genuine and helpful. Our flat also sold before being openly marketed which was a huge positive for us. We had a complicated chain and they had great knowledge to help us through the process. GoogleWe recently completed on a purchase of our family home and needless to say, buying a house in the current climate and moving whilst pregnant/with a newborn had it’s fair share of stress but Cameron who was our agent was superb from the very first time we spoke. His communication was excellent and always made sure to keep us updated, and would help follow up to speed things along where needed. He’d touch base to check in regularly and was very patient with all our questions and requests. We had met and worked with a fair share of agents and a good one is easy to spot and Cameron definitely was great and went above and beyond. Thank you Cameron!

GoogleCaitlin and the team were very helpful with our recent purchase. There were some issues along the way which were beyond KFH's control however Caitlin always responded to emails promptly in a positive manner which was reassuring it what could have been a stressful situation. Would highly recommend and we will look to use KFH should we move on again in the future.

GoogleKFH Streatham managed both the sale and purchase of our properties. We gave them the tough task of selling ours quickly so that we could achieve the house we desperately wanted. They went above and beyond! The whole team were well briefed, we had a flurry of interest and before even officially hitting the market had offers! During the conveyancing process, the team were on hand, never pushy and guided us well - there’s something to be said about a team that speak to us like clients and not people to push around to make a sale, which we’ve unfortunately had before! We can’t fault, Lloyd, Callum, Joel and the team and now we’re all in our new abode we couldn’t be happier!!

GoogleI've worked with a lot of estate agents over the past 6 months and have been pretty disappointed by most, but Jenelle was in a league of her own and fantastic to partner with! She was incredibly helpful, transparent and informative. She kept me up to date throughout the bidding process (I didn't need to chase once) and continued her brilliant level of service and attention to detail after the bid was accepted and we went through the contract process.
