We can’t recommend KFH Streatham enough. Tom (Branch Manager) was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgable about the area, appeal of the building and target buyers - this was not the case with other agents we had round to value the property. Our sale was managed by Caitlin who was absolutely wonderful from start to finish and went above and beyond. As well as just being a pleasure to deal with, she was extremely respectful, friendly and efficient throughout and made it a smooth and seamless process for us. Frankly everyone we dealt with was a pleasure to interact with! Separately, we also found the office to be competitive with their rate after negotiation. We had a difficult journey with loosing a buyer when we had the property listed with a different estate agent, and due to this we were under a time pressure to complete so that we could keep our onward purchase. Caitlin and the team did everything they could to support us, they were very responsive to emails and calls, chased people on our behalf, and were honest and open in their communication. After 2 disappointing sales falling through and a further one under their instruction at the 12th hour (through no fault of theirs), I was losing hope and sanity. Having both purchased and sold my flat in Streatham I can definitely say I’ve experienced the full range of service that KFH have to offer. Firstly if selling in South London then KFH have a huge presence in the area and as such are by far the most likely to be able to find you a buyer and advise on the right price. Naturally they’re a sales team and after helping get the best price for you but I did find them to be very realistic and sound in their guidance on where to price, what the market will support and then in their proactive approach to getting people through the door for viewings and so on. Caitlin was the lead supporting my recent sale and was very proactive and supportive throughout the process and it ran very smoothly. Would strongly recommend KFH especially if you’re selling anywhere around Balham, Clapham, Streatham and around. Great team of friendly and professional folks.
