Audrey has been there every step of the way with us finding somewhere new to rent. She took the time to really listen to our requirements and suggested us a couple places that she thought matched that. We never felt we were being bombarded with properties that didn't fit our description or pushed into making decisions there and then when viewing a property which I think a-lot of estate agents get a bad rep for. She has been a joy to talk to, always friendly and approachable and there for any questions we may have had in the process. We had an amazing experience with KFH in Streatham Hill and had the absolute pleasure of being looked after by Lucy. Lucy made the whole process incredibly easy and went above and beyond for us throughout. We had found a property which unfortunately fell-through days before our move date and Lucy was on hand practically 24/7. She found us a new property immediately still matching all our requirements, if not more so! Denim went so far above and beyond for us right from the start to help us find a perfect home for me, my boyfriend and our little dog. KFH in Streatham have been absolutely brilliant throughout our entire house search process. Lucy went above and beyond to look after my wife and I in terms of finding everything we needed in a rental. Unfortunately we found a house that wasnt with KFH, but I really wish we did find one through their agency. Not just the Streatham branch, but KFH as a whole is the best agency (in my opinion) in London! Brilliant staff who really listen to their customers. I would 100% recommend them to anyone in need of a new place.

My husband and I have been looking for a property to buy between Tooting and Streatham. Although Streatham was not in our considerations in the beginning, we ended up meeting Jim who really made us fall in love with the area ! Not only was he able to bring us to properties that were a great match to our expectations but he was always sharing some nice tips about the area when driving us around in order for us to know it a bit better. Jim is one of these agents that really understands his clients, listen to them and bring their feedback on board, making each visit better than the last one. We really enjoyed that relationship with him and felt we could trust him eyes closed, which I never thought would be possible with an estate agent :) Would definitely recommend working with him in the future, and go back in a heart beat should we need it again!

We initially met with Tom who was super professional. Clearly knows his stuff. Very reassuring when I was having a wobble, told me ‘We WILL sell your property’ and they did. Great communication whenever I requested to speak to him. Caitlin sold the property, and has since progressed the sale through to exchange. This woman is exceptional. Makes other agents look rubbish - the ones I’m dealing with in the area we’re relocating to do not compare. I wish I could pick her up and put her in the offices down there. I’ve hired numerous sales people over the years and have often thought that I would hire Caitlin. She’s efficient, on the ball, direct (which I appreciate) and gets the sale done. If you’re looking for a Streatham based agency then I would definitely recommend.
