GoogleWe were working with Jenelle at Streatham and she has been brilliant all the way through the process. From suggesting the flat we have eventually gone for (which she let us view late on her shift on a Friday too), to being kind with us with our 1 Million questions during the reference process and payments, Jenelle and KFH have been great. Hopefully we dont need their services again for a long time, but when we do, we will be going back to them.

Along the way there was some issues not from KFHs side but Audrey was very good at keeping us informed offering advice and fighting for us to get the keys for the house. GoogleCaitlin at KFH was immensely approachable and helpful at every stage of the process. She showed us the home we had been interested in alongside others that were directly in our price range and to our specifications. She was also highly knowledgeable about the area. As we progressed through offer and then through to exchange and completion stage she communicated clearly between us and the seller, including as we renegotiated our offer. Finally, she made sure everything was in place for completion when we got to it.
