Both extremely friendly and professional, she was very available and mindful of our demands regarding the property me and my friends were looking for. GoogleI have used KFH Streatham Lettings over a number of years and have found them to be very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Recently I worked with Denim who found me a tenant promptly and for an extended period, which is great! Denim was very efficient, answered all my AST queries and nothing was too much trouble for him. I would highly recommend the team!

GoogleI had a less than satisfactory experience with KFH Streatham during 5 years of tenancy with them. The agency's service fell short of expectations, and I encountered several issues. Considering my experience, I would likely explore alternatives for my next move. They don't care that much about the tenants and they prioritise and favorize the landlords. I had urgent issues around the flat such as mould and dump, kitchen appliances not working, defective repairs left for years, defective windows etc. And all this in a family flat with 2 children (one of them is under 2). Conclusion : they can't be bothered for anything.

GoogleKFH lettings As first time renters we have had quite a bad experience with prospective landlords while looking for a short term let but Alex DaSilva from the Streatham Hill branch has done his best to ease the disappointments we have had and has pulled out all the stops to find suitable accommodation for us in our time of need.
