GoogleI encountered Alex when we were let down by a landlady we were due o rent from at the last minute. I explained the urgency of finding somewhere asap. He went above and beyond to try and find us new accommodation to suit our time frame and my families needs. He kept us up-to-date at every stage when he did find somewhere the next day and got us in within the week! An amazing individual who delivers to a high standard. Tom advised us of a realistic price, which was achieved after 4 weeks of listings. Emilia arranged viewings, which were few and far between, but effective - i.e. they only showed our flat to interested and capable buyers. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleHaving had a pretty dreadful experience with a neighbouring estate agent in Streatham, Joel at KFH was a total delight to deal with - he instantly understood what I was looking for, was realistic about my options and didn't try to sell me anything that didn't fit my criteria, set up viewings very quickly, and was incredibly responsive and reassuring all the way during the purchase process. The Balham office is lucky to have him!
I dealt with one other estate agent who wasn't quite as accommodating - it's possible that this person forgot that a house purchase is an enormous deal to a first time buyer and that more time should have been permitted for detailed viewings.
I'd recommend KFH though, and will definitely consider them as an agent if I ever come to sell.
