During my experience of searching to find a house to rent in London, i have visited a wide range of real estate agencies. It was very hard for me to find a flat that could accommodate my dog that i have taken with me from Greece. To my good luck, i came across Kinleigh Folkward & Hayward in Streatham and i met Naomi Meade!! Naomi was the perfect person to help us and give us the best option for our situation and we are really grateful that we have met her. To my mind it is very important in every profession to be passionate and happy about your job and that was what i saw in Naomi and in one of her best colleagues Sarah Burgess!!! I would strongly recommend KFH estate agency as it is a great place for finding really what you need, with trustworthy and always willing to help staff. Bravo Guys!!! Keep up the good work!!!

My experience with contacting the estate agents and finding the properties that were suitable as well as affordable, along with moving in was a highly smooth journey. Being it was our first time moving into our place, Naomi was very helpful and also passionate about the properties, providing information and answering our questions, she made us feel confident and ready to move. I recently purchased my first home through KfH Streatham. I primarily dealt with Rita Glover and found her (as well as everyone else in the office I came across) very friendly and helpful. Having been messed around by slippery estate agents earlier in my search, I was a little cautious at first; however, Rita was always professional, honest and efficient and gained my trust throughout the process. I was working to a tight timeframe but somehow my purchase completed on time while remaining fairly stress free, which is in large part due to KfH - I'd highly recommend.

The agents at the KFH Streatham branch have been fantastic throughout my whole sale process - very communicative, friendly and professional. Emilia and Callum mostly dealt with my sale, and were always happy to answer my questions, and listen to my frustrations (while dealing with uncommunicative solicitors!) I trusted them implicitly, and they were always quick to find solutions to bumps in the road, (doing so cheerfully and sympathetically). Caitlin and KFH were fantastic on our recent house sale in Streatham. We met a few agents before deciding to proceed with KFH, who we thought were the most personable and had a sensible initial valuation. They were honest and balanced about the positives and negatives of the market and the house, rather than just giving a one sided view. The photos were well taken, viewings were well organised and timely feedback provided. We found a buyer and price we were happy with quite quickly but their chain proved very complicated - Caitlin did an amazing job of chasing this on an almost daily basis even when other agents were not doing so. Thanks so much for all your help - we would definitely recommend KFH to others!

Right from the start through to completion Callum, Tom and the rest of the team have been great to work with. I viewed a number of properties with other estate agents. With kfh my time was respected and my voice heard. Not always the case with the other agents. Didn't show up for viewings for example. Or sent me properties without the features I required, ie wanted a garden flat. It's been a swift and smooth process. With a genuine personal touch. If I ever choose to put my place on the market it will be with kfh. Since we both pay attention to the details.
