GoogleKFH had been highly recommended by some of my peers for rentals in London. This recommendation was absolutely correct and I couldn't recommend working with them enough. We worked closely with Bart from the Streatham lettings team, whom from the get go was ultra helpful, efficient and easy to work with. Both himself and the extended lettings team answered any questions and queries we had very fast and cleared up any knowledge gaps we had. Get service with lovely people!

It’s a tricky market at the moment but Ethan helped get lots of viewings booked in and was extremely helpful during the sale process, giving good advice on the market and the right level of service. GoogleI did due diligence and had 3 local estate agents value my property, Tom from KFH was by far the most honest and straightforward so I went with the firm based on that. Caitlin took over the sale and I was guided through the process with professionalism and understanding by the whole team, I would recommend without hesitation.

GoogleI didn't end up buying my house through KFH but in the looking process Rita was brilliant. Was a pleasure looking around MANY properties with her, she was professional, non- pushy and actually sent me properties I would be interested in and tailored to my requirements. Rita was the best thing about KFH. Aisling
