GoogleAlex was a great help in finding us a new property and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly

GoogleWow! Lloyd Noblett and the team are true professionals. Asking price achieved and the communication was brilliantly throughout the transaction. Highly recommended!

GoogleTom Roper handled our purchase and was fantastic. Tom genuinely seemed to care and took the time to get to know us / understand what type of property would suit us. We dealt with another estate agent in the area and the difference with KFH was night and day.

GoogleI had a very positive experience with KFH of Streatham. The estate agent who supported me in successfully securing my rental property is Alex Da Silva Marla. He was excellent. Communication was prompt and professional; he responded to all my queries quickly and was very informative even over the Christmas period! When I visited KFH briefly everyone seemed very friendly and welcoming. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend KFH of Streatham. Thank you!

GoogleWorking with Fahim at Streatham Hill KFH, to find our new rental was a PLEASURE. He is such delight and really understood what we were looking for. The whole process was quick, smooth and I was well informed about next steps the entire time. He’s a legend and we’re so grateful to him for finding us our next home.

GoogleNaomi was an exceptional letting agent and has a lovely positive attitude. She helped us secure a beautiful property in Tulse Hill which we are very pleased with. She has been on the ball about everything and I would recommend her to anyone looking in the area.

GoogleWe had an excellent experience buying a property from KFH. From the start, Callum showed us properties that we would like in an area that we asked about (unlike other agents we used) and was great during the process when communicating with the sellers without being pushy. A great service all round and would highly recommend.

GoogleKFH were excellent when my girlfirend and I were buying our first flat. Ethan was our main point of contact, although the whole office were great. Ethan was understanding throughout the process and helped us complete quickly. Even after the sale they continued to be helpful. Great service!

GoogleWe have just purchased our first family home via KFH in Streatham, specifically working with Callum Hart. We worked with a few other agents in the area (viewings, offers etc) and found none of them to be as professional as Callum. From the viewings right the way to completion he has been a great help. The whole KFH team were easily to deal with, the process smooth and I would recommend.

GoogleKFH Streatham came highly recommended to us as first time sellers and I would pass on the same recommendation. From valuation to completion they were professional, responsive, and always helpful. Arthur supported his valuation of our property on Greyhound Lane with evidence from their portfolio and also market information, and Joel then looked after us for the duration of the sale process providing excellent advice and reassurance when needed. Thank you!

GoogleI could not recommend the team at KFH enough! I worked with multiple members of the team and they were all warm and helpful. I received such a high quality service, everyone was extremely helpful and always available for a call for additional appointments.

GoogleJust completed a very smooth process with KFH. In particular, Alex Da Silva was very accommodating.

GoogleExtremely happy with how quickly and efficiently myself and my partner have secured our flat with KFH. We were finding it difficult to secure a flat but Naomi Meade from the Streatham branch went above and beyond to ensure we were able to get the flat we wanted liaising with the landlord to ensure everything would run smoothly for us. She wasn't pushy when initially searching like many of the other estate agents we have come across and listened to exactly what we wanted instead of pushing us to see flats we had no interest in. The reference process was made very easy with her help and she has been available constantly if we needed anything from her. Very professional moving process so far with KFH thank you.

GoogleI had a major problem with one of my apartments, both Abs and Alex in lettings went above and beyond the call of duty to assist with the problem and helped greatly in resolving the issues. Both are thorough gentlemen and highly professional as well as being a credit to the KFH brand. Kept me regularly updated throughout the issue. Would not hesitate on recommending them.

GoogleEmilia at KFH was just fantastic - I'm a first time buyer and she was the only estate agent I worked with that remembered everything I was looking for in a property & I genuinely felt she tried her hardest to help me find my dream home. 100% recommend working with Emilia in Streatham!

GoogleI contacted KFH Streatham to help me look for a property. Although I found a property through another agent, the attention, service and follow-up from KFH service particularly Lucy was simply the best. I would highly recommend Lucy to anyone looking for a property.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
