GoogleI had their sales manager over for a valuation, I didnt recieve a follow up or even a valuation letter. I waited a whole month with no contact, NO call back, not even an email. They are clearly doing well enough and dont need my business. Will be using another agent and not KFH. Really poor service!
Hi Camillo Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We take all reviews seriously and understand you have since spoken to our sales manager. If you would like to discuss your feedback in more detail, please contact us in branch. Kind regards KFH

GoogleAbsolutely appalling service. Lazy to inform tenants and they had the nerve to tell me that they only work for the landlord. Excuse me you are getting money from me last time I checked. Also the landlord they are representing is a fraud ashe asked for money I don't owe him TWO months after I left the property. Unbelievable.

GoogleI found the KFH team at Streatham to be excellent. They rented my flat out very quickly and got me really nice tenants and a very good rent. I have used them for over 5 years now and I will definitely be leaving my flat in their trusted hands.

GoogleWe were shown around two properties by Marlie. She was friendly and professional. She left us to get on with the viewing yet knew when to jump back in! She built great rapport in a short period of time and has been one of the best sale agents to show us around properties. It seems like it is a busy time at the moment but she has made us feel confident in her abilities and that nothing is too much to ask!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleThe Streatham Hill branch did a great job at selling my flat in a challenging market. They were always courteous and professional to deal with, keeping communication channels open and quickly dealing with issues as they arose (especially during the conveyancing stages). For their professional, thorough service, I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property in the Streatham Hill area.

GoogleGood service. I would recommend using KFH, Streatham office. I was given a fair estimate for selling my property which was almost achieved. Robert Cornthwaite and Rita Glover were professional, patient and thorough from the valuation to the end sale.

GoogleRecently have been dealing with KFH to secure a new property and couldn’t recommend their service enough. I would like to give particular commendation to Fahim, who was both incredibly patient, supportive and helpful throughout the whole process. If anyone deals with Fahim, you’ll be guaranteed to get good service.

GoogleWe have been struggling to find a property to move. Bart helped us with a really lovely place. Also, we got some hiccups to gather the correct documents and he was very patient and helpful. He guided us throughout process. Now, we are getting ready to move into the new place. Really appreciate Bart's support and his services. Thanks again.

GoogleHad a brilliant experience with KFH through Alex who was professional, responsive and organised in getting us a beautiful property to rent. The whole experience was smooth due to his quick and organised work, and gave us the opportunity to view the property again prior to moving in.

GoogleI used KFH Streatham while looking for a property to rent and whilst my circumstances changed and I no longer needed a property to rent I have to say that I have never dealt with a more professional group ever before. They knew exactly what I was looking for and took the time to explain the process in depth; there were never too many questions for them and they were answered with a smile. I will definitely be using them again and to rent out my own property- 5 stars!

GoogleEthan and the rest of the KFH office gave us the best service we have ever experienced from an estate agent. He always went above and beyond in delivering what we asked and was always on top of the process and who needed to be contacted and when. He also made us feel like he was working with us and the seller as opposed to just the seller in order to get the best deal for everyone. He and they fully deserve their commission. Thanks again, Ed
