GoogleAfter a bit of a horrible experience with other estate agents looking for our house purchase, Arthur at KFH was a breath of fresh air. He kept to his promises and was clear and straightforward with us throughout. We are now completing on an amazing house and we have Arthur and his approach to thank for it.

GoogleOutstanding! By far the best experience I’ve had with any Estate agents. Naomi in particular was excellent, super friendly and a pleasure to work with. We gave her an idea of what type of property we were looking for, she waved her magic wand and exceeded our expectations! Her communication was perfect, she answered all our questions promptly and kept us in the loop so we knew how things were progressing. Would highly suggest anyone looking for properties in the area pop in and ask for Naomi. KFH streatham 10/10 !

GoogleSarah and Louise have let and managed my property in West Norwood for many years. They have ensured minimal downtime between tenancies and are always quick to let me know of any concerns. They have also helped with any remedial works I have needed as well as a few bespoke bits of help I've needed from time to time. Overall, their communication has been excellent and so has their service. I would recommend them and previously had an agent that "forget" to do an awful lot of things. KFH have always been very professional.

GoogleI had a great experience buying my first flat with Ethan at KFH Streatham. He made sure to be available for my queries from all stages from Search to Offer to Completion and always responded in a timely manner. I felt as if I was being advised in the correct way and being given the right information and that they were committed to easing the process and regularly liaising with my solicitors and the solicitors and estate agents across the chain for positive results. Ethan himself and others I dealt with in the office were very professional and friendly - I would highly recommend!

GoogleThe KFH team really came through for me. They had managed a rental for me in Streatham for 12 years and it came time to sell. I live in Los Angeles and needed an agent that would take care of everything and communicate across time-zones. The team at KFH were in constant communication and got the property sold in tough market conditions. We had a last minute issue to overcome with the transfer of ownership. They stuck with it and were patient and professional throughout, liaising with all parties to move things along. They get my highest recommendation.

GoogleThe team at KFH were fantastic in helping me buy a new home. The sales agent, Callum Hart, made the whole process of buying an absolute breeze. He understood the requirements from the off and every property he showed me was within my budget and met all the requirements in terms of space and location - so there was no wasted time looking at unsuitable places. Once I had found the one that I wanted he was absolutely on the ball with every detail. He was super communicative, so everyone knew what was going on, was really helpful in arranging resolution to potential issues and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I cannot recommend KFH Streatham Hill, and in particular, Callum, highly enough.

Having never worked directly with an estate agents, I was worried, having heard lots of horror stories - but its been a painless and smooth process! Really understood what I was looking for, always available and responses, and a generally really a lovely person to deal with. Would thoroughly recommend KFH to anyone looking to buy in the South London area (and anywhere else for that matter), we initially viewed through a number of agents and KFH had both the most helpful staff and found us properties that best fit our interest. Thanks for all the work and help, very pleased to be getting keys today!

GoogleI have been looking for a let over the past month in the area and although I have not been successful at finding my home sweet home, the KFH team has been SUPER helpful! Their client service is excellent, specially Naomi Meade, who was really keen on listening to our requirements, answering all our queries and taking us on viewings all over London! I hope we can find our right move with them, we love their support, SO much better than the other property managers out there!

GoogleI highly recommend KFH in Streatham. We used them to sell our flat in Streatham. Rob gave us a completely accurate valuation, we had photos taken and viewers through the door within days of instructing them and received an offer within a few weeks of our flat going on the market. Will, our negotiator, was in regular contact and was able to offer us invaluable advice from the offer to exchange. I felt like my had was being held throughout the whole process and I believe that had we used another agent, or an online one, we might have lost our buyer and our flat would have sold less quickly, for less money. I thoroughly recommend them.
