GoogleWe saw a number of properties with Callum Hart and Arthur Butler when looking for a new home in the Streatham Hill area. They were both always a pleasure to deal with and willing to put in the time to help us find the right property.

GoogleI was impressed with the service provided by the KFH sales team from start to finish. They provided me with a realistic valuation and timescale for the sale of my flat. Once I had received an offer, Joel’s advice was spot on and he actively managed the process, giving me regular updates and moving all parties towards completion.

GoogleOf all the many viewings we had lined up, we were most excited about the properties that KFH had listed. From first contact, Naomi had been encouraging and enthusiastic, a far cry from many of KFH's fear-mongering competitors. We were met out-of-hours to fit our schedule and shown two options, both of which fitted our requirements, conclusively putting an offer the same evening on the first property we were shown.

GoogleI originally used KFH to buy my property about 15 years ago and they were excellent at the time. Given my purchase experience, I decided to use them to sell, and they were equally good. They are proactive, respond to questions quickly, and provide a professional service. I can't recommend them enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
