GoogleCan't recommend the team over at KFH enough, Tyrone in particular. From the moment we started dealing with him and the business, you could tell he and the team had a genuine care for us and our property search...Honest, open and gave credible, informative advice! 100% recommend the guys...The process has actually been enjoyable, a laugh or two on the way as well. Keep up the good work!

GoogleWe have just sold and bought through KFH and have been extremely impressed with the Streatham team's combined energy, professionalism and negotiating skills, enabling us to secure our dream home in record time! Rita Glover, in particular, did a sterling job and reassured us at every turn in a calm, professional manner. I couldn't recommend KFH Streatham highly enough and thank them for all their hard work.

GoogleFantastic experience with Joel at the Streatham branch. We sold on Valleyfield Road and he was outstanding throughout. Always went above and beyond the call of duty and was always honest and straight shooting which is rare in an estate agent.

GoogleGreat experience at KFH Streatham, particularly with Arthur. As prospective purchaser Arthur looked after us so well. Always professional, knowledgable and helpful. My husband and I both feel he was the best agent we dealt with across all the local agencies!

GoogleI found Callum to be prompt, very professional and I appreciated his candour too when things got difficult. He remembered the small details associated with my property and sale, and always delivered on anything we agreed over the phone or email. No doubt, he contributed greatly in getting this one over the line. Thanks again (:PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleOur Agent was extremely helpful and friendly enabling us to move quickly finding our lovely new home!

GoogleWe really enjoyed working with Naomi at KFH Streatham. Over the course of almost three months we got great service: she listened to our needs, only showed us properties that suited us, worked hard, was collaborative, and always did what she said she was going to do, when she said she'd do it. She's also relentlessly cheerful and has a good sense of humour.

GoogleVery positive experience. Tyrone has been really helpful. We can't wait to move in our new home.

GoogleJenelle at KFH was a star! Super diligent and very helpful. She made a super admin heavy and bureaucratic process seemless and did absolutely eveything to support us with references etc. Very happy - we cannot fault them. :-)

GoogleRecently rented our flat via Fitore and Alex at KFH, after having had issues with other local agents' quality of service and communications. It was a friendly, streamlined and professional service - can definitely recommend them to other landlords!

GoogleSold my flat with KFH, very happy with the service. Found a buyer quickly. Everyone I spoke to seemed honest and upfront. Callum communicated well with me throughout and worked hard to keep everything together and progress the sale. Not the cheapest, but I felt they earnt their commission.
