GoogleRecently rented our flat via Fitore and Alex at KFH, after having had issues with other local agents' quality of service and communications. It was a friendly, streamlined and professional service - can definitely recommend them to other landlords!

GoogleSold my flat with KFH, very happy with the service. Found a buyer quickly. Everyone I spoke to seemed honest and upfront. Callum communicated well with me throughout and worked hard to keep everything together and progress the sale. Not the cheapest, but I felt they earnt their commission.

GoogleMy partner and I were recently looking for a flat, and while we didn’t go with a kfh property in the end, we found Audrey to be a great help, friendly and informative without being pushy, it was overall just a very positive experience with an estate agent, which obviously isn’t always guaranteed.

GooglePleased to say that the KFH agent handling our purchase was wonderful. As first time buyers we needed experience and knowledge of the process that could help guide us through the transaction and we were fortunate to receive this. Without her pro-activity, we may not have exchanged contracts as quickly as we did. We cannot wait to move in to our new home!

GoogleI have used Kfh for 3 years now and George, Kara, Naomi and Camille have guided me through every time! Reliable and efficient, their contacts have always been trustworthy also and it makes renting my property a whole lot less stressful. I feel reassured that they will let me know what I need to do and with plenty of warning.

GoogleWill provided me with sound advice about market prices and how to sell the flat. Ethan executed the sale with excellent negotiation skills and hard work. During the sales process Ethan returned my calls promptly, took proactive steps, went the extra mile and also offered sound advice. They were both professional, friendly and demonstrated expertise in their field. Would highly recommend.
