GoogleI recently used KFH to sell my flat in Balham, the experience was very good and would recommend them for anyone anyone in a similar situation. A particular mention to Alice who was great, friendly, approachable, hard working and keep me regularly updated throughout the process until the successful sale of the property.

GoogleKFH did a very good job marketing my property, both for sale, and for a short term let when my tenants moved out. Chris in particular was extremely committed to getting my property under offer, and kept me very well informed on the process through to sale. My experience from KFH was much better than with the agent that I originally marketed the house with. I would be very likely to use KFH in the future.

GoogleWe recently bought and sold through KFH Balham and have been impressed with the service received. They were able to get buyers through our flat and quickly had a good offer on the table, in fairly unfavourable market conditions. Poppy then worked hard to ensure issues were resolved quickly and communications were clear. Nothing was too much trouble and this was very much appreciated. We'd recommend KFH and would use them again.
