GoogleI've been really impressed by the lettings team at KFH's Balham office. They helped me let my flat to two sets of tenants far more quickly and smoothly than I expected, and Will, Jack and colleagues are always brilliantly responsive, friendly and helpful. I initially let my flat through an online rental service, but struggled to find good tenants. KFH have been well worth the price, and are better value than local competitors. It is a pleasure dealing with them.

GoogleEd was fantastic. He had a really consultative approach to the sale of our Balham home. KFH seemed to have no issues getting high quality viewings in despite Brexit woes. They also handled the relationship with our tenants wonderfully, enabling us to keep them in situ throughout the sales process saving us a lot of money. All in all KFH, and Ed in particular provided a fantastic service in a very difficult climate. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleIt's difficult to articulate how terrible KFH are. I'd say that their service was poor, but that would suggest that they were merely incompetent, rather than actively dishonest. They'll encourage you to rent a supposedly furnished place, saying either that it'll have at least a wardrobe and some drawers by the time you move in, leaving you to discover that it won't, once you've put down the deposit, or that all the furniture in the flat is included, even though the majority of it belongs to the current tenants. They're happy to show people round without notifying you and to lie about this subsequently. Only one agent, who presumably wasn't slippery enough, faced any sort of penalty for this. They'll misrepresent contract negotiations to your landlord, presumably to gain more through new tenant fees, and become almost aggressive when you suggest that this isn't acceptable (on being asked why he'd misrepresented our requests and told our landlord that we would definitely break the contract before the end of the tenancy, Will declared that it 'wasn't done through spite or malice', which seemed rather odd). Dealing with estate agents is obviously not something anyone wants to do, but, from a tenant's perspective, both having rented through them and observed their untruth-riddled viewings to prospective tenants, I suggest you do all you can to avoid KFH. A look at the positive reviews on here reveals interesting similarities (dates, details), which would make sense if the service was consistently decent, but it's worth considering that this is a company that employs people that thinks lying about making telephone calls ("oh, er, you must just not have got the voicemail message...I don't know where it can have gone") and not checking appointment times with tenants is acceptable...

GoogleWe have lived in the Balham/Clapham area for about 6 years and we've found that there is really ony two Estate Agents that provide excellent service - KFH is most certainly one of them. We have found them to be frank with their advice, consummately professional and have thoroughly competent and pleasant staff. We had the pleasure of dealing with Luke at the Balham branch recently and he's an absolute credit to his company. Without hesitation, we would recommend KFH Balham.

GoogleI rent out a small flat that I own through KFH and I cannot fault them and only have praise for them. I have had terrible experiences with other estate agents and I find KFH a breath of fresh air. They are upfront, professional and friendly. I also originally bought the flat that I now rent out, through KFH and found them to be exactly the same through the buying process. They are so different to a number of other estate agents in Balham that I have dealt with in that KFH are honest and have never spun me a line.

GoogleHaving had our place with another agent for almost 2 months with no offers we switched to KFH. Within the first weekend of viewings, Poppy and the rest of the team at KFH had secured three offers above asking price, one of which they successfully saw through to completion, remaining calm and patient throughout the complicated sales process (we were selling from Australia with the sale bridging the Brexit vote). Nothing was too much to ask, and every step was completed in a supportive manner. We were extremely pleased with the whole process!

GoogleI moved to Balham last year and the KFH lettings department were an absolute dream. Luke put my mind at ease, having been let down by a different agent a week previously, and he quickly helped me find a beautiful place, within my budget and to the specification I required without any hassle or bombarding me with inappropriate suggestions. So many other agents don't respect the requirements of people looking to rent and are just clearly trying to shift properties quickly. KFH were completely different and were also transparent on costs and the process involved. I would definitely recommend KFH to anyone looking to rent in Balham.

GoogleI had been told that buying your first house will be one of the most stressful things you will go through in life and after searching for a while I had become frankly annoyed and frustrated with estate agents not listening to what I wanted and overall being unreliable. After going on one viewing with KFH in Balham it all changed. They actually cared about finding me a property, listened to what I wanted and showed me properties in my price range, I actually ended up loving 3 places so much I would have been over the moon with any of them, after previously hating over 20 properties!! This transpired to having an offer accepted with my number 1 choice, and completing in under 5 weeks. The teams wealth of experience, dedication to customer service and level of quality recommendations ensured that all parties involved (including their recommended solicitor) were on the same page and got things moving as quickly as possible. I cant recommend KFH enough, if you want a smooth purchase of your next property you really shouldn't look any further!!

GoogleI bought and sold my property with KFH. We listed the property with one other estate agent in Balham who achieved no viewings when KFH consistently delivered viewings and ultimately a buyer. The staff are cordial, highly responsive and efficient and know the market very well. We perhaps didn't get the price we were aiming for but we were cognisant of market conditions and factors that were outwit KFH's control. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering buying or selling a property in Balham.

GoogleI have bought and sold through KFH Balham (2009 and 2016). They provide an excellent service from both perspectives. Without exception everyone I have dealt with has been efficient, friendly and helpful - more than once going 'the extra mile' to try and make things happen. They are brilliant at communicating; act with integrity; and have been 100% supportive, even when things went a bit wobbly (family illness and bereavement). Congratulations to the Manager, Paul Herring - it is clear who sets this culture of superb customer service. I wish all estate agents were this good!
