GoogleI have been very pleased with the extremely professional service provided by Alex B at the lettings department at KFH. Alex B has managed the negotiations with me and with the landlord with the utmost efficiency and professionalism. I have felt fully supported through the process and am very pleased to have secured a tenancy on a lovely flat in Balham. Whether you're looking to rent a flat in Balham or you're a landlord looking for a tenant, I would highly recommend that you get in touch with Alex B of KFH.

GoogleWe were very impressed with the service we received from KFH in Balham in selling our flat. Leigh came out for our initial meeting and valuation and was fully prepared and knowledgeable about the market, something which was not the case with other local agents! He was also very honest with his views and opinions. The team at KFH found our buyer within 3 days of going to market. Stephen then managed our sale process expertly and in a very affable manner. If you are selling a flat in Balham, I cant think why you would go anywhere else.

GoogleAbs was one of the best agents I’ve ever worked with. Not treating us like “another tentant” but truly put the time and energy into helping us find the best place for us. x

Googlevery poor agency's service - booked a viewing through ben. never received confirmation - had to call 3 times - all 3 responses with empty promises. decided to walk and find the property on the provided street's address - as no one managed to give me full information on location. called back the number provided in the ad - was told i call the wrong number. terrible service

GoogleI had been let down by another estate agent on a property and needed somewhere fast. KFH sorted me out and Parisa made the process painless (well, as painless as could be expected).

GoogleAlice did a great job helping us find a home. We were really happy with how she was able to understand our needs and find us the perfect place just as it came on the market and get us in first to see it. We're very happy with our new place and with our experience with Alice.

GoogleWe have just exchanged contracts. Josh and colleagues at KFH have been excellent throughout. We were delighted to get a quick offer at the asking price. We have been particularly impressed with Josh keeping us informed of progress by email - relaying information from the buyer's solicitor and ensuring the process went smoothly. I highly recommend KFH.

GoogleI have been dealing with Alice in the KFH Balham office. She was absolutely lovely, straight talking and professional at every stage of the process. Her response time was impressive and always endeavored to keep us updated on news as quickly as she could - which was very considerate and showed a real appreciation of how we were feeling. Not to mention she was always a pleasure to speak with. I would happily engage with KFH again...

GoogleWe recently rented a three bed house via KFH Balham. We were assigned to Amaan, who was extremely helpful, supportive and patient with us. We felt that he was on our side and always made the best possible efforts to help us secure a place. Overall, we have received excellent service from Amaan and KFH Balham.
