GoogleWe’ve recently completed on a purchase in Balham and the representation we received from Will in the KFH office there has been nothing short of exceptional. Incredibly professional handling of price negotiations and equally excellent work helping our purchase (and onward sale) move along to exchange and completion. Our sale was through KFH as well (albeit another branch, and so for another 5-star review). But in today’s world, surrounded by so much incompetence everywhere, it’s a breath of fresh air to come across proper professionals like Will and the wider team at KFH that, bottom line, get the job done. I cannot recommend these estate agents highly enough.

She had sold several properties in the exact area of our flat and was able to use this experience to obtain a sale price we were very happy with. GoogleWe are renting with KFH in Balham for the first time and so far one month in it’s been a disappointing experience unfortunately. The house we have moved into has significant electrical faults (our fuse trips regularly cutting off all sockets) and other issues such as a broken toilet etc etc. The estate agent seems to have lost interest in helping us once the contract was signed and they got their commission. My partner has been renting in London for over 5 years and had a fantastic experience with another agency - they were very helpful.
Ironically I have been hounded by them for a review so I wanted to leave honest one.
Worth adding that I’m a landlord and go above and beyond for my tenants directly- without an agency.

GoogleThe letting agent we dealt with at KFH was really great when it came to securing the place we wanted. But sadly their managing agents have let us down repeatedly when it comes to sorting out issues. Painfully slow and they treat matters with no due urgency. Have to say I'd avoid them if I had the choice.
