These guys are useless . Ben Watts found us the apartment. Was pushy and kept making up deadlines, asking for 5 star reviews and then disappeared immediately after the sale. We've now moved in and our new contact, Sky Mansfield, is not helpful. The place was dirty, loads of random things left from the old tenant. She admitted some items were from previous tenants and said we could remove them yet refuses to tell us what belongs to the landlord and what is the previous tenants, so we don't know what to remove. Also our fridge has been broken for over a month and they have not fixed it.

Beginning with the valuation for probate in 2019 and ending with the actual sale of the property this summer. I can highly praise all the team for their hard work and dedication to their individual jobs within the company but I had the pleasure of being looked after by Leigh Munday and Josh Collins, both of which are extremely professional. Communication and feedback was fantastic. Their advice and knowledge has been 100% accurate throughout and due to their expertise, the house was sold in less than a week with very good results. The team at KFH at Balham, headed up by Leigh, recently helped us sell our property quickly and for the asking price.
