GoogleI've used KFH Lettings (Balham) to let my flats for the last 5 years and have always found them to be very professional, helpful and reliable. All the tenants that they have sourced have been great (again, very reliable) and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any other landlord looking for an estate agent to source or manage their property.

GoogleI really liked working with Ed Hocken from the Balham office. He worked very hard to find me a good property but for one reason or another, it did not work out in the end. He is however, very personable, upbeat but not too pushy - which I did appreciate. An asset to your team!

Seemed a very genuine guy, took the time to listen to what I was after, and was actually enthusiastic about his job in helping me find a flat. GoogleConsistently don't answer the phone and will not give you the mobile number of the agent. Do not return calls or appear to manage the buyer. They over-valued the property to get our business then spent the entire sale suggesting we accept lower offers (that were 'very competitive'). Generally a poor experience - go for someone else.
