GoogleHave never had an experience with a letting agent as amazing as this. From a viewing the same day as inquiring to staying in touch throughout the whole process, it was incredible. We were lucky enough to have Christopher who was super kind, super patience and the best. He always keep us updated on the process and was super helpful in getting the referencing done quickly.

GoogleDisgusted by the fact this car has been on the disabled bay all day outside KFH Blackheath. As my parents hobbled from round the corner due to the space being taken. I came back and called them, he stated they are allowed to as the 'disabled' was slightly worn!! Absolutely awful 😢 the only space in the carpark. …

Google11 December 2017 - we have just completed on a trio of transactions in a move back to London from Cornwall - COMPLICATED! - & really well handled by Jo, Patricia and Kate at KFH & pitch perfect on valuations etc. Always obliging and no panic - a tight ship run by Patricia - highly recommended (also the solicitors Beverley Morris)...puts estate agents on to a higher plain! GoogleFront desk young lady attendant failed to impress me, having a rather couldn't be bothered ' attitude,not the smiling helpful person to make one feel welcomed. So important for a business to have a happy, friendly person up front, as important as the shop window of a store.
